더 판테온 아이코닉 로마 호텔 오토그래프 콜렉션

위치도 좋고 입구에 도로 공사중인데 유럽은 장식이 새것으로 여겨지고 방도 제법 크긴한데 1박에 4000이상이면 진짜 비쌉니다

이 호텔은 올해 초부터 제 버킷리스트에 있었어요! 말할 것도 없이, 이 멋진 호텔을 예약하게 되어 너무나 기뻤어요! 그리고 정말 아름다웠어요! 하지만 체크인을 하면서 로마에서 5박을 하기로 마음먹고 집에 가고 싶은 마음이 들었습니다. 호텔이 오후 3시 체크인 정책을 가지고 있고 오전 10시 30분경에 도착했을 때 리셉셔니스트가 지금은 방이 준비되지 않았다고 명확하게 알려주었고 시간 업데이트도 없었습니다. 이는 명확하고 이해할 수 있는 일이었지만 로비에 앉아 있을 때 여러 손님, 커플, 가족이 오후 3시 전에 들어와 방을 받는 것을 보았습니다. 카운터로 가서 문의했을 때 다른 사람들이 방에 체크인을 했기 때문에 단호하게 방향을 바꿔야 했습니다. 방을 받은 개인/커플/그룹이 약 4~5명 정도 있었습니다. 우리 방 유형에는 오후 3시까지 체크인을 기다린 다른 손님이 없었습니다. 피부색, 지위 또는 국적 때문인지는 잘 모르겠지만, 기분이 나빴습니다. 마침내 우리가 방에 도착했을 때 방이 준비되지 않았습니다. 침대가 정돈되지 않았고 수건이 없었고 샤워실 벽에 머리카락이 있었습니다. 좋은 경험이 아니었습니다. 매니저와 이야기를 나눈 후, 우리는 아침 식사에서 20달러 쿠폰을 받거나 더 높은 층으로 방을 바꿔주는 것을 제안받았습니다(하지만 방을 바꾸는 데는 시간 제한이 있었습니다). 그리고 우리는 피렌체 당일치기 여행을 떠났습니다. 이것은 품위 없는 일이었고 그들은 나쁜 경험을 바로잡을 의향이 없었습니다.

이곳은 뛰어난 곳일 수 있지만, 처음부터 다시 가고 싶게 만드는 것은 사람들입니다. 특히 부티크 호텔 체인이 되는 것이 목표일 때 말입니다. 로마로 가는 기념일 여행을 취소하게 만들 만한 일은 없을 거라고 생각하며 환불 불가 객실을 7박 예약한 것은 사실입니다. 하지만 반려동물이 불치의 뇌종양 진단을 받았을 때, 반려동물과 함께 머물고 치료를 제공하기로 결정할 때 주저하십니까? 우리는 주저하지 않았지만, 이 호텔의 경영진은 7박에 대한 요금을 청구하기로 결정했습니다. 취소 요청에 응해 향후 숙박에 대한 할인을 제공했습니다. 향후 숙박? 절대 안 됩니다! This luxury hotel is absolutely stunning. The room was very clean & modern, and the staff was kind & accommodating. The bed was a comfortable king size bed, which seemed hard to find in Rome. They included a lovely welcome gift for us due to my titanium status, which is always a nice surprise! The location was perfect. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. There’s a small square right next to the hotel with cafes and a gelato shop, including Sant Eustachio Caffe, which is one of Rome’s famous cafes. We had coffee and pastries there each morning. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop patio with a lovely aperitivo. I can’t speak to the value, since I booked with points, but I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location- easily walkable to so many attractions. The hotel has a beautiful roof top for breakfast and cocktails. The staff is wonderful especially Nana. The amenities are so helpful especially since I forgot my hairbrush. Laundry services were very helpful.

My wife, I and another couple, stayed at the Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel on September 6th to 8th, 2024. While we were all a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews we had read, we were so thrilled we didn’t cancel or pick a different property. From the beginning our experience was outstanding. The Check-in staff were so nice and kind. We are Marriott Titanium Members and to our surprise we were all upgraded to a Junior Suite prior to arrival. The room was stunning and so luxurious! The AC blasted out such cold air we had to turn up the air because it got too cold. Also we experienced no issues with the Shower, the water temperature was perfect and we loved the rain head- shower. The bed was super comfy and on our last night we ordered room service which was so good!!! They have an incredible rooftop bar with gorgeous views. We had evening drinks with our friends and ended up staying much longer than planned because of the stunning surroundings and good cocktail’s. Finally, as a Titanium Member we chose the breakfast option and we were so pleased we did. The breakfast buffet is outstanding!! They have great American sized coffee and something for everyone. My wife loved her go to - eggs and bacon - while I loved their cereal/yogurt and their pastries (they had some mini custard filled donuts, that are to die for!!) All-in-all we ABSOLUTELY loved the Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel and will stay here again next time we visit!
