酒店離景區很近，非常方便

이 호텔은 어떻게 해서든 피해야 합니다. 7월 숙박을 위해 3월에 예약을 했고 그때 예약이 확정되었습니다. 도착일 3일 전에 신용카드가 거부되어 예약이 취소되었다는 이메일을 받았습니다. 이것은 제가 이탈리아를 여행하는 동안 많은 호텔을 예약하는 데 사용한 것과 동일한 신용카드이며 어느 호텔에서도 단 한 번의 문제도 발생하지 않았습니다. 호텔에 여러 번 전화를 걸었지만 아무도 전화를 받지 않았습니다. 마침내 프론트 데스크에 도착했을 때 그들은 예약 부서에 없다고 말하며 신용 카드 정보가 포함된 이메일을 보내달라고 요청했습니다. 바로 보냈는데 아직도 거절됐어요. 신용카드 회사에 전화했더니 호텔 측에서 승인을 요청한 적이 없다고 했습니다. 그래서 나는 그들이 내 예약을 취소하고 아마도 더 높은 가격으로 다른 사람에게 제공하기로 결정했다고 믿게 되었습니다. 숙박할 필요가 없었기 때문에 휴가 동안 많은 스트레스를 받았고 다행히 3일 전에 숙박할 대체 호텔을 찾을 수 있었습니다. 나는 이 호텔의 비윤리적인 관행을 다른 사람들에게 경고하기 위해 이 글을 씁니다.

I will admit my stay started off rocky. About a week before my arrival I got an email asking if I needed transportation. I said yes, from the train station. I received a reply that said no need because they are 5 minutes from the train station. Great. Turns out their "sister" property is 5 minutes away and when I arrived it was a big mess for me to try to find transportation..finally waited over an hour for a taxi. The hotel literally could not care that this happened and never even replied to my email. NOW, on to the stay. The room was fairly large and had a small balcony. The bathroom was large but the shower was small but that is normal for Italy. The have an elevator. There is free continental breakfast that has assorted pastries, yogurt, bread, etc. It was a nice snack to get the day going without leaving hungry. The breakfast room was very nice. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. The AC in the room struggled to keep up and we had to make sure we kept it on all day because it would take too long to cool the room down. The hotel was ok with us doing this. One employee, Elena, was especially friendly and helpful. Her dining recommendations were spot on, with one of the restaurants she recommended having the best meal of our trip! The location of this hotel is fantastic! I cannot express to you how amazing this location is. Close to the bottom of the Spanish Steps, short walk to the Trevi fountain. Literally high end stores a few feet away. There is a Main Street a few steps away which was super convenient for taxis to pick us up. I will say for the price and location this hotel is a great choice.

My husband and I spent 9 nights the first week in July 2023 in La Lumiere di Piazza di Spagna. We look for small boutique hotels when we travel and this one was wonderful. The room was totally adequate in size with a big closet, a desk, really great shower and everything we could need. It had air conditioning that you control yourself. Very clean. Breakfast every morning was just the right variety and amount of food to get us through most of the day. And very convenient. The hotel has a tiny elevator that might be an issue for some but it was not a problem for us at all. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful and cordial. I had asked for a restaurant reservation be made before we left home since there was no online reservation option at that particular restaurant. Natalia made the reservation for us and we were all set when we arrived. On my birthday that week the hotel presented me with a bottle of champagne which was so nice of them. The location was even better than we thought it would be. A couple of blocks from the Spanish Steps, one minute walk to any number of restaurants and shops and a 10 - 30 minute walk from most of the main historic sites. The hotel was central enough that after walking all day we could go back and have a rest and then stroll to Trastevere for dinner and a walk along the Tiber River or whatever else we wanted to do. It is convenient to the Metro and taxis and banks. The only issue we had was when we wanted to have a taxi called at 7:00 am to go to the airport there wasn't going to be a concierge on duty before 7:00 to do that. We were unclear if we could be assured of a taxi so early on a Sunday morning at a taxi stand. We went online and eventually found a reliable taxi company and the concierge called the day before we left to arrange for a cab to the airport. So now the hotel has the name and number of Pronto taxi which was really good. We highly recommend this hotel. We had a great stay and a great vacation.

Me encuentro en mi casa cada vez que acudo a Roma en el Hotel La Lumiere. El encanto de un hotel pequeño, con propietarios encantadores y personal super amable y entrañable. No imagino mi viaje a Roma sin hospedarme en el Hotel La Lumiere. ¡GRACIAS POR TANTO CARIÑO 💝!

Eravamo stati in questo hotel alcuni anni orsono e ci eravamo trovati molto bene sia per la posizione sia per il comfort dei servizi, pertanto vi siamo ritornati ma è stata una delusione. È pur sempre un hotel molto caratteristico situato in una via perpendicolare a via Condotti, a pochi passi da piazza di Spagna, hotel molto piccolo con solo 10 stanze. Su mia richiesta mi è stata assegnata la camera al 5° piano in cui avevamo già pernottato e che era molto tranquilla; purtroppo il riscaldamento non funzionava, pertanto ci hanno assegnato un’altra stanza con affaccio su via Condotti, poco tranquilla. Le camere non sono molto spaziose, vengono pulite bene, ma presentano un arredamento alquanto datato, il bagno è di buone dimensioni ma con rubinetteria da ammodernare. Il personale alla reception lascia molto a desiderare: tutti i receptionist che abbiamo visto non capivano bene l’italiano e non erano in grado di risolvere alcuna problematica. La colazione è abbastanza varia, viene servita su una splendida terrazza al 5° piano da una signora molto efficiente e gentile. Concludendo non mi sento più di consigliare l’hotel e non vi ritornerei.
