Hotel Palacavicchi

I was booked in this hotel for work purposes and I had one of the worst experience in this hotel. -It is located very far from any restaurant/ atm/ supermarket/ pharmacy etc. You need a taxi ride to reach these places and walking is not possible as there is a highway only. -The only restaurant in the area was the hotels restaurant that was closing at 23:00 and the food quality is very poor as it gave me stomach problems in the night resulting to insufficient rest. -You can only pay with cash for any food or drink, cards are not accepted and they don't have even change to give back. -Wifi was only working in the lobby and nowhere else in the hotel. -Breakfast was very poor and not even enough for all of us with result some people not to be able to eat something for breakfast. -There was a general smell of mold on the hallways and on the room. Mold is dangerous for our health. -The rooms had destroyed showers/ mini fridge/ shower doors. -The room was not clean enough as I found rubbish under the bed, in the corner of the toilet, there were stains on the lamp, couch, bed frame and blanket. -I am absolutely sure based on the above facts that the room and the hotel areas were never disinfected something that in my opinion is dangerous in COVID times. I totally recommend you to avoid booking on this hotel. It should be even a 3 star hotel.

Hotel fourni par la compagnie d'aviation. Très propre et moderne. Les chambres sont spacieuses et ont un accès à l'extérieur (donc attention aux moustiques) mais très bien agencé. Salle de restaurant à l'entrée avec des plats copieux (pâtés en entrée puis escalope au vin par ex), bar avec des prix très abordables, petit déjeuner en salle avec croissants, gâteaux... Personnel très sympa, navette pour aéroport ou gare de Ciampino (puis 15 minutes pour Termini)

Nella quasi certezza che questa struttura serva solo a mantenere l'occupazione lavorativa di quello che definiamo " il personale " di servizio, viene da chiedersi a cosa sia destinatao un enorme capannone lungo mezzo kilometro, dove disordine e sporcizia regnano ovunque. I dipendenti che incontri , di qualsiasi impiego, sia del bar, che del ristorante attiguo, sia dell' "albergo" stesso, sono tutti sfuggevoli e scontrosi, oltrechè non disponibili alla risoluzione di problematiche segnalate. Al di fuori , sul patio esterno, unico spazio all'aperto che dovrebbe essere di conforto, si incontrano gruppi di Rom residenti nel campo nomadi di fronte , che proprio per carattere schiamazzano allegramente. Brutta esperienza. Non commento il risultato della consumazione di un pasto effettuata nel " ristorante " annesso , per non incrementare ciò che è abbastanza negativo. Ci siamo capitati per caso e come si dice....a mai più.

Vecchio , sporco , puzzolente , cibo pessimo e schiamazzi continui dal campo rom adiacente. Personale poco educato. Mi chiedo come faccia ad essere ancora aperto considerando la struttura e le condizioni generali. Mai più. Le camere non sono insonorizzate e la vicinanza dell’aeroporto accentua i rumori
