First of all the staff are very rude, when we arrived we saw that in the bathroom there is only ceiling shower and when asked them the normal one that you can use it also only for you body the said that there is not and they can’t do anything. When we booked and as you can see in the photos they have also the normal one. Secondly we asked them the control for the A/C but they said that is only for the summer and they told us that the heating is close after 00:00. Of course we asked a solution and they pressured us to leave the room without finding us another room just to give us our money back. When we told them that we don’t want to leave the apartment as we were there only for 3 days they persisted us to leave. When we told them we are not leaving they told us that we can talking only with booking. Is really disappointing to have this behaviour when you are working with people and is more disappointing when you are not trying to help your guests!! The only good is the location!

The hotel administration and the manager is horrendous . This is out babymoon and I booked this hotel last year. I suppose to flight to Rome this friday ( in the next 3 days). Surprisingly this morning the Hotel cancelled my reservation. I tried to contact the hotel multiple times just an hour after my room was cancelled to solve the problem but was no response . I contacted Booking and they confirmed that the room was already booked to another customer. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PEOPLE AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!

The property is so close to the center it made getting anywhere so easy!

Dalla ricerca sul web mi è apparso un sito molto ben organizzato(check-in online) ed anche le foto della camera apparivano abbastanza valide. Certo c’è da dire che la scelta per me è stata quasi obbligata perché era l’unica possibilità in quella zona non lontano dal Circo Massimo. Il prezzo l’ho considerato molto alto ma gioco forza ho dovuto prenotare per non avere problemi. Mi rassicurava la convinzione che comunque oltre alla logistica favorevole tutto fosse ad alti livelli. Macché, camera molto piccola e poteva anche starci ma è com’era la camera ed il bagno a far pingere. Scordatevi intanto le ormai comunissime serrature elettroniche con la card ma vi vien dato un mazzetto di chiavi una per la porta della camera ed una per il portone d’ingresso sulla via. Per il portoncino della struttura invece una tesserina magnetica munita anche di tastiera codice. Fin qui può anche andare ! Nel bagno senza finestra una sola persona si muove con difficoltà lasciando però la porta scorrevole aperta. Nel piccolissimo lavabo l’acqua scarica con difficoltà riempendo la vaschetta. Saponi solo liquidi in dispenser. Solo due gancetti per appendere teli doccia e asciugamani. Siamo stati costretti ad usare anche una gruccia ! Il cambio dei teli è ogni tre giorni o paghi 5€ per averlo quotidiano. Nel prezzo di € 174 al giorno non è prevista la colazione adducendo la motivazione che loro sono “affittacamere” e non b&b. Pagamento anticipato non rimborsabile. L’arredo e peccavolmente squallido. Un’alta mensola regge un tubo su cui sono agganciate delle grucce in legno parecchio debolucce(Ikea?) e questo è l’armadio. Sotto una scrivania c’è un frigo a vista dove come accoglienza dicono che puoi usufruire di due bottigliette d’acqua. Sopra, a parete c’è una piccola tv che a stento riesci a girare verso il letto. Non c’è zanzariera alla finestra. A terra, attorno al letto, stuoie tipo moquette sopra un pavimento scricchiolante in materiale sintetico. Luci nella camera all’insegna del risparmio. Mi fermo qui nella descrizione! Andando via abbiamo chiesto di poter lasciare i ns due trolley in deposito poiché partivamo nel primo pomeriggio. Sul piccolo balcone si è trovato posto ma non facendo orari di reception full time ci hanno dato codici da tastiera per la porta d’ingresso ed un numero telefonico per l’apriportone scale. Tornando eseguiamo l’accesso dalla via ma troviamo la signora ancora in struttura. Ci chiede l’ora del ns taxi e dopo di che, finito di sbrigare cose d’ufficio, ci dice che va via. Chiediamo di poter rimanere nella cosiddetta hall fin tanto che arrivi il taxi ma ci fa presente che non è possibile poiché non possiamo stare lì ma dobbiamo andare via con lei ! Gentilezza si, di circostanza ma è finita appena accennato a qualcuna delle carenze.

Ottima posizione, staff preciso e gentilissimo, super pulito. Qualità prezzo ottimo. Tra i servizi aggiuntivi si può trovare di tutto, ci tornerei volentieri . Super consigliato per un soggiorno a Roma.
