My wife and I booked two rooms there and we paid and got our confirmation numbers. When we got there, they told us they didn’t have two rooms for us but only one. We were disappointed because we booked it ahead of time too. We didn’t know what to do after that or where to go afterwards. The clerk there said she didn’t check on the computer and gave our room away. They did apologize and refund our money back. We did not like their customer service. We ended up spending more money at different locations instead. What they did was not right
