It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space with firepit. Original wood floors upstairs and wood ceiling down. Full kitchen with all needed cookware. bedroom is located upstairs, bathroom is down. There is a storm cellar on the property (attached to main house) that can be used in the event of severe weather condition Guest access Entire space. Queen bed upstairs and a twin cot available. Nightly rate is for 2 guests. Other things to note Smoking allowed outdoors only and not in parking area, but in backyard ONLY. Please do not leave butts in yard.
