The couch is not a fold out couch. The air mattress could fit in the second bedroom or in the living room but does not have a private space. This is a flat located on the ground floor. You can fish right from your patio or at the water's edge. Boat parking is right behind the condo. You can walk directly off the patio to your boat. Up to 2 dogs allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside with doors shut.
