My room was in terrible condition - the toilet seat was loose, the end table was missing a corner and very scratched, the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, there was very little to choose from for breakfast, and at check in/out, I had to wait for someone to assist me at the counter. I will never stay here again!

Front desk service was great. Our room furnace was broke and it was freezing in the room. Our sheets on the bed were not changed was there was change in the bed with a note stating change me. The towels were all stained and old The lock in the door was broken In our room

This property needs to be updated. Regular maintenance needs to be performed so that all amenities are in working order.

Old and dirty room, the peephole was missing so had to fill the hole with toilet paper.

I don't know on what planet ding dongs, oa**eal cream pies and twinkies are considered breakfast, but at this hotel they are part of their "Continental" breakfast. We had to go to the mc Donald's next door to get a decent breakfast, not ok considering the price I paid for the hotel supposedly including Continental breakfast. Also the sink was clogged and the blankets didn't look washed, they had a residue of "something" on them that I will not hazard a guess to. I also left with four blister type bites going up my leg in a line, so the possibility of beg bugs is there. Also the front desk was not staffed, you had to dial 0 at the desk to reach anyone. This was at 11:40ish at night and in the morning around 7a. I will not be staying at this location again.

Both at check-in and checkout, we had to wait for someone. At least there was a sign for how to get ahold of someone. The lobby had an old, musty, stale smell, made worse by a very strong artificial air freshener that triggered my asthma. The room was not very clean. The bathroom was gross with hair from the previous guest in the tub. The breakfast in the morning was horrible. Only cereal was available with a couple pieces of fruit. The "orange juice" tasted like water with a drop of orange flavoring. I would not stay at this hotel again. It definitely proved that "you get what you pay for" but even $65 was too much for what we got.

The hotel wasn’t in the best condition and seemed short-staffed. Renovations seem needed and it looked like there was work to be done that they were in the process of doing. It had all the amenities I was looking for but it could have been cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing.

No cups in room for in room coffee. No glasses for water. toilet wouldn't shut off after flushing. Water pressure was too low. No place for toiletries in bathroom. The room was quiet. The mattress was firm. Didn't bother with breakfast due to one item and coffee. Stayed in nicer places for less money.

First thing I saw upon entering the room was a discarded condom wrapper. No working ice machine, missing a light bulb in lamp, thread bare towels. Breakfast was meager, nothing hot. Doesn’t look at all like pictures. Wouldn’t stay again.
