캠브리아 호텔 록 힐 - 유니버시티 센터(Cambria Hotel Rock Hill - University Center)

We are frequent travelers and were excited to stay here because it was in a central location! We checked in late night after traveling and noticed my husbands name was actually “guest of the day”..well we would soon realize that they had checked another couple into our room before we got there. We went to the room they had for our reservation, and walked into a couple in the bed. It was terrifying and we are so so grateful they didn’t hurt us thinking we were intruding. We were moved rooms and told to come back to speak with someone in the morning. The resolve from the woman at the front desk was a small bag of chips.

Arrived 1hr past check in time and had to wait another 45min-1hr because of a soccer tournament the previous day. The front desk clerk (Presice L.) was over appologetic, but I told her it was not her fault. Room was wonderful with the exception of the low water pressure on the 6th froor. I wish the shower curtian was longer because in the accessible room, it let water get all over the floor. Awesome view, and the motorized shade and privacy blinds were awesome. Was dissapointed that the pool and whirlpool were down for maintenace. Also, the roof top bar/patio should have more hours. or at least have access without going thru the bar. It would be nice to have patio heaters outside on the lower patio too. Clean lobby excelent breakfast ( made to order ) Will book again when i'm in the area

We ended up booking a king bed with sofa sleeper for the three of us because they were out of two queen beds for our stay. When we arrived I asked for additional bedding for the sofa sleeper. I was told they were completely out of all bedding. No pillows, sheets or blankets. Luckily my daughter had a squishable she used as a pillow. We pulled the sheet off the king and had a throw blanket in our car she used for the first night. We go to the sky bar with friends. The bar was not stocked up with anything so we got a few beers. The fire outside would not stay on so we called it an early night. The next morning we attempted to take a shower and our shower was broken. My husband asked for them to come fix it. They claimed they came to our room and fixed it. I asked later that night for some sort of compensation since we are showering at our friends room. The manager, Ken, was bartending and could not speak to me. The second night we were able to get sheets and a pillow.. but no blanket though. I was told Ken would contact me. He never did. I then was told our shower got fixed. Was excited to have my daughter be able to take a shower after a day full of volleyball…. Well, the shower was still broken. It was a very expensive room to have had no shower and bedding! I believe this place has very poor management. I highly recommend another hotel.

The facilities were great, it was so convenient to the convetion center. We really enjoyed our stay.

The cleanliness, mainly the floor, in both the room and bathroom was gross and unacceptable, especially for the rate of room. It was highly disappointing, especially since lots of time spent in room-I even paid additional to stay a few hours later. as daughter’s appoin**ent ran a little late on checkout. I strongly suggest some form of review of this property as it is obviously not being properly managed. Even though most of staff were courteous, no real customer service skills. i plan to try someone else on my next stay.

I love staying at the Cambria in Rock Hill - the staff is always welcoming and helpful. Parking is easy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Keep it up. And thank you for supporting the Winthrop THINK intern students.

It was really nice, I wish breakfast was included rather than a surcharge. The bar is nice, but took quite a bit of time to get a drink despite there being less that 6 people there. Inevitably when a parking deck is shared with a hotel, the 3rd party parking always sends a bill. Currently fighting a dispute with the parking agency over a ticket while I was there despite already sending them my itinerary.

Was disappointed that the suite had no means of cooking or heating anything. No microwave or stove in the room. The refrigerator was barely large enough for a 6 pack of cans and no real freezer space. Staying for a week I like to be able to eat in some. I made the assumption that a suite would have a microwave at the absolute minimum. Aside from that the facility was nice. Ice machine was broken, but staff was super friendly and helpful

The room was beautiful and comfortable except for the pillows. Worst hotel pillows I’ve ever slept on.
