트리벨스 로체스터 후기

Very good value for money. Staff were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much to ask for. Clean, great location and had a great night sleep in a comfortable bed.

The location is convenient as it’s close to the train station, and the staff are nice and friendly. However, the room wasn’t very conducive or comfortable. There was no fridge in the room, and no large fan or proper cooling, which made it quite uncomfortable, especially with how hot the weather was.

It was very easy to locate from the train station. The amenities were in excellent conditions

Great location but some maintenance and cleaning issues. Door could not be locked from the inside. Ironing board had a burn mark. Bathroom sink had no plug. Extractor fan dirty. TV remote missing battery cover.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the area. We truly felt cared for during our visit and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!”

Check in was good with a good explanation where the municipal car park was. The reception seemed ok but on entering the corridor leading to the rooms it was evident that loads of decorating was needed. The carpets were grubby with loads of stains. On entering room 4 our first impression was a good size but that’s only the one positive. The carpet followed the same theme grubby and shabby. The walls were in need of decoration, there was a loose floor board raised up every time you walked anywhere near it.The room was very dusty especially the skirting boards. On inspection I the bed linen and towels were very clean(it’s the only reason we stayed)The guy who served breakfast was very accommodating.I don’t normally write reviews but I thought I had to because the reviews influenced my decision to stay. I thought it was a 5/10 at best because of price but it’s only contractor accommodation really.

Was clean and the bed was comfy would defo go again and good value for the price and there’s a pub right next to it as well which helped

It was a very nice experience staying here.the breakfast was great as well.will come again.
