This was the worst trip they decided to steal money and not check out the breakfast is old in the morning it's not hot they have it cleaned anything outn don't stay here it is a many more hotels that you can stay here don't stay here

after check in... another lady was complaining about their room being dirty... we had 2 hand towels... thats it!!! floor was sticky and didnt smell too great.... the shower was 2 foot by to 2 foot

the bath tub faucet was very difficult to turn, it leaked, the bathroom exhaust fan very noisy, TV tilted down no adjustments, outlets not working, pillows not comfortable, ******* not changed my dates of stay

It was good. The only thing wrong was blow dryer did not work. Actually I think the whole outlet was dead

The simple things. In room coffee was advertised but not provided. Breakfast was supposed to go until 9am, but both coffee carafes were completely empty by 8:30. Coffee is important to me so double bad. Also, neither of the soda machines onsite would accept any of my bills, one of them was actually unplugged. Had to hop in car to get a Mtn. Dew before bed!

Filthy. It looked as if it had not been cleaned at all. There is no elevator and we were on the second floor. This would not have been a problem normally but it was poring down rain and we had luggage to get to the room. The employee at the front desk was not friendly at all.

I asked front desk clerk if they had a special type of room and she had no idea. It was ok but she was not knowledgeable of what the property offered.

Probably the nex to worse facilities I’ve ever stayed Should have went somewhere else!! Steps are slippery without rain to second floor as they have a steel edging! I slipped and fell because of this!! Shin still hurts ! No room service and no towel replacements The “breakfast service” was terrible! Breakfast breads were HARD ! Waffle iron did not work properly food was old Wish I had my money back Might make me look elsewhere for someone besides wyndman !

Front desk clerk was efficient at check-in. Room was clean with lots of hot water and great water pressure. Microwave did not work and the bathroom ceiling light was exposed, needing a fixture cover. You can tell the owners have made an effort to improve the property. Still a “work in progress” but looking better.
