Our room was not even clean and the guy in the office was not friendly and double charged my card. Will not stay again

It was ok

I think their rates a overpriced and they constantly go up. However if you want to be able to cook yourself instead of eating gross fast food, this is where you’ll break your pockets..

See the attached photos and do NOT stay here. I stayed two nights 8/16/24 and 8/17/24, in room 130 and there were two live roaches in my room (one in a drawer directly beside my bed), and a spider in the bed. Upon further investigation, there was another flea-type insect, a cricket, and more dead roaches behind the dresser. I had to escalate this all they way to corporate, because the local manager wouldn't call me back. I sent all these photos to the corporate office, and they also didn't call me back, even after seeing the photos. I had to call them again today, and their resolution was to offer me one free night at their hotel. Why would I want to stay there again? This is the first or second time I have ever made a review - it was that awful. I don't know about other Extended Stay Americas, but I won't be staying at this one, or any other one, ever again. Truly a disgusting, infuriating, and unfair experience.

This place is a dump. Filthy nasty. What was really bad was the bugs. If I was desperate I would not stay here. My husband and I walked in the room. Floors were nasty dirty. Bug on the air conditioner. The room smelled old and damp. We turned around and exited the door.

It is a nice place. I like the stuff and GM Ahmad has a great personality. He always smiles when facing the guests. will visit again and highly recommend it to long-term people because it has a reasonable price everyone can afford that. Pet friendly

This is by far the filthiest hotel I've ever visited. As I arrived, another guest was requesting a room change because the room they gave her was disgusting. She returned when the new room given to her was also filthy. I found my own room to be a mess as well. The carpets were wall to wall stained. Every surface in the room was worn and greasy. Anything that could be broken was broken. The counter had gaping chunks of missing laminate, door hinges were busted, the iron was ripped out entirely. I only got into my room on the third try because the keys would not work and the worker had to assist me with his key. Upon entering, I turned around and left. I reported the hotel to the Roanoke Health Department due to its horrible uncleanliness. Big disappointment.

Nice place. Nice clean large rooms ,and good lighting in the bathroom. The friendly staff was helpful and let you know where things were around the area.Quite not loud or shoddy people hanging around.

The overall experience was positive. It's a good location with easy highway access and is relatively quit considering the proximity to the highway. The amities are usual for ESA and the staff friendly as always. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable, with the exception of a noticeably stained rug. It left me with a feel of past soiled presence below my feet.. The laundry area has room for improvement and something to be desired. The floor was in need of cleaning and of the 4 washers available only 1 was working using change only. The stove top in the room began to smoke upon use and ultimately need to be shut down as it inundated the room to where the smoke detector went off. However, the wonderful restaurants and beautiful scenery in Roanoke is well worth the stop. I'm a better person for having experienced and documented this stay. Robert L.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking.I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset.

It was an amazing stay overall I did came here before but it wasn’t like that, the staff are soo friendly and courteous they explain everything when you are checking.definitely will come back and stay.
