We stayed at the hotel for 12 amazing days. The staffs were very welcoming and always attentive to our needs. The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc. Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords. A big THANK YOU to the management. Really helped! Food snacks and drinks is now available from room service Note: register yourself on Accor App to benefit from discount on your hotel stay payments. Umrah trip with family Mar 2023 Went there for Umra trip with family we were bit confused while booking this hotel since it is located a bit away from Haram (1.5kms), however, they have shuttle service with good reviews 1. Hotel is super nice, new and very clean. Checkin was super quick although we had two rooms and were given on seperate floors as they didnt had two rooms on the same floor. 2. Rooms were good clean and tidy on check-in. They provided all basic amenities like iron, iron board, safe, etc. However, the rooms service was an issue and i had to complain and ask the counter to get the room cleaned after requesting the staff for couple of time. 3. Shuttle service was superb. Evertime there is a shuttle standing at the enterence leaving in approx 20 to 30 mins. Drop off point is the bus station behind clock tower with hardly few minutes walk to the Haram. 4. Even if you use Taxi it usually charges 15 riyals during normal timings and max 20 riyals during rush hours. We mostly used taxi service which was also very convinient. 5. Hotel location is very peaceful, you can find few restaurants nearby and baqalas for basic requirements.

아주 좋은 호텔 .. 객실은 좋고 넓습니다. 카바 전망은 호텔에서 훌륭합니다. 아침 식사는 절대적으로 환상적이었습니다. 많은 옵션으로 잘 퍼졌습니다. 우리는 많은 관심을 받았고 특히 Ashraf 씨는 매우 도움이되었고 우리에게 여분의 마일을 주었고 우리 엄마를 위해 특별히 세부 사항조차도 우리를 돌 보았습니다. 그것은 당신이 환대라고 부르는 것입니다. 내 평가 *****. 아시라프 같은 사람들이 다른 속성과 이와 다른 것을 구별해 보도록 노력해야 합니다.

Great hotel with great rooms and amenities. 24 hr shuttle service to Haram Sharif. Buses leave on regular basis. Everytime we wanted to go to Haram, a bus was waiting. Friendly staff, great breakfast, definitely worth opting for when selecting a room. We stayed at Tower 4 which has all the restaurants, hence breakfast was very easy to get too. 3 restaurants serving breakfast, so if one is full, they move guests to the other restaurants. Rooms were great. We had rooms with two double bed and three single beds. Double bed for someone like us from USA is equivalent to California king bed and single beds are the size of twin beds. Impressive cabinetry space in the room however, not enough room for luggage bags if you have more than two large bags and a hand carry. Clean bathrooms with all amenities. We had to request house keeping to have our main room cleaned. The second room with three single beds never got cleaned. So rooms are not automatically cleaned on daily basis. We stayed for three nights.

Two nights stay was just great; attentive but not intrusive staff made the difference. Miss Nehal and her colleagues at the reception, management and restaurants are among the best Marriot brands staff I have ever seen. Arrived too early for the usual check in but was treated in the best way with minimum waiting and an upgrade. The location near the HARAM is just great and the view from the 21st floor restaurant is awesome Wide variety of delicious food at breakfast and dinner time with highly courteous staff and good looking smiling faces every where . Some facelift is needed in the rooms though Thank you all Dr A Hawwari Titanium member

3613에 3 박 동안 머물렀고, 성스러운 순례를 위해 방문 직원들은 놀랍고 도움이되었습니다. Badul Alam, Babul mian, 감독자 Farzan은 우리를 잘 돌 보았습니다. 하람 전망은 모두 최고였습니다 !! 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 체크인부터 체크 아웃까지 완벽했습니다.

Super Impressed with everything!! Front Desk, concierge, cleaning staff and the restaurant!! They all made us feel extremely welcome and exceptional. I want to shout to the best restaurant team of the world, I have visited every continent and many many countries. This service has been exceptional.. beyond exceptional!!! Namely Chidfrul Aziz One and only Monir Islam, Nanna, Ahmed Hosein aka Mr mustache, Mr Radwan, Mr manhood, Mr Ricky, and Amir!! And Riaz.. and all the chefs and kitchen that were so accommodating us and our children.. Chef Rashad with the big smile!! Thank you everyone!! You made our trip super amazing!!!

10시에 호텔에 도착했고 리셉션의 여성이 오므라를 가서 방을 얻기 위해 돌아 오라고 말했습니다. 나는 심하게 대접받은 금 페어 몬트 회원입니다. 우리는 2시 30 분에 돌아와서 방이 준비되지 않고 체크인 시간이 4PM라고 들었습니다. 그러나 도착 하루 전에 그들은 나에게 방이 준비되기를 원하는 시간을 물어 보라고 불렀습니다. 모든 고객 접수 원은 전혀 실용적이지 않은 다른 곳으로 나를 안내하고있었습니다. 12 시간 이상 깨어 있었고 하루가 끝날 때 각 사람은 나를 던지고있었습니다. 그리고 싸움을 한 후에 우리는 마침내 방을 얻었습니다. 방 중 하나가 곤충으로 가득 차 있고 다른 방은 이웃들로부터 시끄 럽습니다. 몇 번의 싸움 후에 리셉션에 전화를 걸어 두 방을 바꿨을 때 에스컬레이터를 15 분 이상 기다려야했습니다. 이 호텔에 대한 전반적인 경험은 정말 baaaaaad이며 누구에게도 추천하지 않습니다. 유일한 긍정적 인 점은 아무것도 가치가 없다는 것 외에는 하람에 몇 걸음 밖에 걸리지 않는다는 것입니다. 접수 원의 누군가와 이야기 할 때도 그들은 귀를 기울이지 않습니다. 내 경우 나는 금 회원 플러스 여행 고문 수준 6, 내가 정상적인 손님이라면 어떻게 될까요? 그들은 나의 날을 매우 힘들고 비참하게 만들었다.
