I have experienced 5* service. From guest experience to catering to our every need we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Staff are super friendly, kind caring and go the extra mile for the guest. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great dinner at Where East Meets West Buffet. Rasel was fantastic — he personally showed me the five cooking stations, suggested dishes, and checked in throughout the meal. Excellent food, great value, and truly exceptional service!

This was my second time staying at the Narcissus Hotel. The location of the hotel is superb right on Al Olaya Street with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The hotel has a unique interior design and the hotel rooms are nicely decorated feeling luxurious. The breakfast selection is probably one of the largest I've seen in any hotel with tons of options. The food itself was delicious! Hotel service from the front desk, dining, room service, cleaning, etc. was excellent. I recommend this hotel to others and will definitely be returning.
