우리를 위한 재방문입니다. 이전에 묵었던 것보다 훨씬 더 편안한 방을 갖게 되었습니다. 광고에 명시된 대로 15:00 이후에는 웰니스 공간에 어린이가 출입할 수 없습니다. 지난번처럼 아침 식사도 훌륭했고 직원도 훌륭했습니다. 무료 주차가 가능하며 애완동물 친화적입니다. 추천.

Favoloso 멋진 직원 매우 친절한 아침 식사 환상적인 방은 깨끗하고 크고 편안하며 스파는 화려하고 우아합니다. 직원들의 친절함. 모든 것을 이용할 수 있습니다. 주인은 훌륭합니다. 주인 아주머니가 너무 친절하고 효율적이고 우아해요.

우리는 가르다 마라톤을 완주하기 위해 OASI 호텔에 머물렀던 13명의 주자들 그룹이었습니다. 호텔은 매우 훌륭하고, 객실은 매우 깨끗했고 모든 편의 시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다! 리셉션 직원, 특히 Stefano와 Sylvia에게 큰 소리와 축하를 전합니다. 그리고 아침 6시 출발 이후 간단한 아침 식사를 요청한 후 완전한 아침 식사를 준비해 주신 셰프님께 큰 감사를 드립니다!!! 아주 좋은 제스처, 매우 감사합니다 !!!

Very nice room with trafitional warm and kind arrangement, comfortable bad, so near to the lake area. Beautifull view from the teracce. Nice and tasty breakfest, fesh Orange juice, great Coffee, lot of delicious cheess and ham and beatifull restaurant room with great view on the mountain. Spa area unforrunatelly lowers the overall impression. Service very nice.

I stayed here for two nights in October by myself. The breakfast buffet was huge and had lots of options. The typical European coffee machine made great lattes. The wifi was good and the free on-site parking was nice. There were a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It isn't too far to walk down to the historic center of town if desired - check google for the distance. The place was clean. I would stay here again.

We just finished our stay for one night at the Oasi Wellness & Spa hotel in Riva del Garda, Italy and we were very disappointed with our experience. Only staying for one night (fortunately), we had hoped to be able to use the included spa. We had called earlier in the day to find out what time the wellness spa (pool/sauna) was open and they had told us it is open from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm. Since we were a party of 5, we had also requested that the rooms be next to each other upon reserving the hotel a month prior to our arrival. Upon our arrival at the reception we found out that the rooms would be on different floors and that the checkout time was from 7:00 am-10:00 am (which is very early), so we asked if we could do a late checkout as we wanted to still be able to use the pool. They told us that they could only extend it by 20 minutes. According to the internet, the definition of a 4-star hotel is : “... a hotel that provides above average, deluxe service and experience for the guest. All service standards are aimed towards pleasing the guest.” This self-proclaimed 4-star hotel resembles more a 2-3 star hotel. Entering our room, we realised that there was no safe, contrary to what was advertised! There wasn’t even any hand soap in the room, luckily we traveled with bars of hand soap so we could use that--that alone is frankly unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. We didn’t have a view onto the lake but had a view onto the camping-car parking lot. The next morning, we ate breakfast which had plenty of choices and was probably the only thing on-par with a 4-star hotel. After that, we headed to the pool since we told the receptionist the day before that we would like to check out 20 minutes later than usual so that we could use the pool and the sauna. Upon arrival at the pool area at 9:05 am, there was nobody at the counter with the pool door open but no lights on in the dark room, which was a very obvious slip-hazard. We had to go up to the ground floor to ask the same receptionist if there was anyone to help us at the pool to open it and she responded with an attitude that we had to be checked-out by 10:20 am at the latest, which we were all aware of since this is the same receptionist that we had spoken to the day before ! Then they finally sent somebody down there to turn on the lights in the area. We were able to enjoy the pool for about 40 minutes before having to go back to our rooms, but we were disappointed to see that all the other installments (sauna, “emotional showers”) were all turned off, and we couldn’t even ask anyone about it because there was nobody anymore at the wellness & spa counter again! We weren’t surprised by this point anymore. Upon checking out, they didn’t even ask us how our stay was. This entire experience had cost us 250 EUR per room, with which we aren’t thrilled at all after these events. Hotel in una bellissima posizione, proprio affacciato sulla passeggiata sulle rive del Lago di Garda. Camera ampia e molto pulita, dotata di un bel bagno, materassi comodi. Ottima la colazione, con grande scelta tra dolce e salato, ottima qualità dei prodotti, personale gentile ed attento. La SPA a mio modesto parere, è sembrata leggermente trascurata rispetto all'ultima volta che siamo stati qui..... il bagno turco era senza vapore. Ottima accoglienza del personale alla receptions... sapendo che avevamo già soggiornato qui, ci hanno dato una Suite, anzichè una camera più piccola, senza alcun sovrapprezzo..... cosa da noi molto gradita.

Buona posizione, varia la colazione, ma per la camera proprio non ci siamo. La 216 ha un appendiabiti all’ingresso e un armadio a scaffali profondo circa 20cm. Impossibile disfare le valigie e tenere in ordine la stanza: non si sa dove riporre i vestiti. Il pavimento in finto parquet è tutto macchiato. I sanitari del bagno sono rovinatissimi, la doccia cade a pezzi. Scarsa e’ anche la pulizia della camera: c’è polvere ovunque. La SPA è maltenuta, piccola e scarsamente pulita. I lettini sono pochi. Il tutto è tollerabile per un paio di notti, ma non per periodi prolungati. Il personale è cortese e disponibile, ma le quattro stelle sono decisamente incomprensibili per lo stato della struttura. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente insufficiente.
