My flight was delayed by over 11 hours, so I obviously needed to contact my hotel to let them know I would arrive a day later so they wouldn’t cancel my reservation. That was when my nightmare started. I attempted to call the hotel for over 3 hours without success; they wouldn’t pick up the phone or would hang up. Fortunately, Trip.com was able to assist during this moment of distress.
In addition to that, the hotel didn't clean our room one of the four days we stayed there for.
Overall, our experience was disappointing and frustrating.
