Iconic Rimini hotel. We loved the historic exterior and public areas, especially the Fellini lounge. The gardens are beautiful and the pool area was relaxing, if rather small given the size of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. On the negative side, the bedroom had a period charm but the furniture was old and not in an antique way. There was also a lot of ambient noise from the fridge which we disconnected at night and the AC, which we never managed to shut down. The bathroom in particular could do with a serious refurb. The spa looked good but we weren't going to pay Eur 80 per person just to use the sauna and sit by the indoor pool. There is a private beach but charging up to Eur 95 for loungers is a steep extra - that said, the room rate was reasonable. Service was polite but not exceptional. On the whole, we enjoyed the hotel but it is teetering on the edge of looking tired, some major investment will be necessary sooner rather than later.

Sono sul treno che mi riporta a casa, a Benevento, via Bologna. Dopo aver trascorso due giorni presso l'Hotel Villa Adriatica di Rimini per partecipare al congresso nazionale di Proteo Fare Sapere, un'associazione professionale di insegnanti e dirigenti scolastici. Hotel Villa Adriatica della catena AmbientHotels, che seleziona, ritengo, gli alberghi migliori, di qualità. Rispetto alla posizione, alla struttura, ai comfort, ai servizi collaterali, all'accoglienza: in albergo uno si sente a casa propria. Per merito soprattutto del personale, sempre disponibile, gentile, altamente professionale. Grazie mille. Mi piacerà, appena possibile, ritornare all'hotel Villa Adriatica di Rimini. In breve tempo, tra prenotazioni telefoniche, messaggi whatsapp, rapporti diretti nella hall dell'albergo, ho avuto di conoscere e di apprezzare Andrea, Benedetta, Francesca, Maria, Marida... dimenticherò qualcuno. Parco Federico Fellini, Arco di Augustus, 리미니 등 유명 관광지들이 모두 근처에 있어, 알찬 여행을 즐기실 수 있습니다.바쁜 일정 후에는 호텔에서 휴식을 취하거나, 주변 명소들을 둘러보실 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 주차 공간을 제공합니다.

This hotel has been a very pleasant experience. Its location is close to the beach, supermarket is not far and it can be accessed by public transport. The staff is very friendly, professional and competent. Their cuisine is exeptional! We were very happy with every single item of our menue on every evening. The spa is nice, but the temperature of the sauna was over 100° degrees which was a bit too hot for us. Our room had a bit of mold on the ceiling which probably came from the air-condition. This will certainly be fixed by the hotel over the winter. We had a very good time there, in spite of some flooding, which was of course not the responsibility of the hotel. The hotel is run by a very good family and we can only recommend this place!

Very beautiful place. Nice hotel corresponding to 4* quality. The reception worked 24/7 and always very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are comfy with a view of the sea, very clean. Every day new towels. Nice outdoor seating. Sandy beach at a distance of 3 minutes from the hotel. The only minus is the fee of 20 euros for a sunbed+parasol for 2 person/per day. Otherwise, the sea and the beach are clean. We enjoyed it very much.
