호텔 암바시아토리 리미니(Hotel Ambasciatori)

On check in I was told that I had not booked a twin even though I was showing reception the booking said twin. This took 30 minutes to sort. Later the air conditioning wasn’t working, it was 32c, I had booked a hotel specifically with air conditioning as I was poorly with diarrhoea and losing liquid rapidly, I phoned reception to ask to be shown how to sort the air con - I was told ‘STOP’ and then reception put the phoned down. Other than that a lovely hotel. But the customer service was awful and just what I didn’t need in my delirious state.

We really liked our stay at the hotel. The room was great, staff was helpful and friendly and food was really delicious! And location is the best - first line in the city center. There’s a walking area just outside the hotel and a playground. Definitely recommend!

Quality of breakfast are 3rd class, they give very poor thing for breakfast buffet.

Nothing bad to same ...compliments for all....I met Tomas when I check in....just super...Location ...location ..location...walk to the beach..walk to museums...walks to bars..walk to a pharmacy for a Covid test!!...Would bring my wife here,,,and we have been married 39 years this year!

Very good staff

Located in the center of Rimini, near the sea and main attractions of the city. Car parking available even if small and not so cheap. The staff of the reception desk was extremely supportive and well preparated. The room is modern, very clean and the view fantastic by 3° floor. In general the hotel is nice, everything is clean and modern. Breakfast was generous and varied; continental and classical available. Wifi good enough; no issue. The swimming pool is clean, well supported by dedicated guy and the water is a good temperature: is possible to swim seriously. An add value if is not possible to go to the sea. Gym is very small but is functional, without expecting too much, specially with other persons. Location perfect for business but not only! Quality price ratio very good!

Ottimo soggiorno , personale reception molto gentile e efficiente ,in particolare la sig.na Maria , cucina molto curata e varia ,colazione veramente completa ! Camere moderne ,con tutti gli accessori anche il bollitore . Hall con molti salottini a disposizione . Torneremo sicuramente ! Patrizia

Scelgo l'Hotel Ambasciatori da diversi anni, per lavoro e per vacanza, da loro mi sento a casa sempre, ho i miei punti fissi Marco, Mauro, Luigia, Rocco, uno staff eccezionale e professionale che ti sa assistere in qualsiasi situazione. Consiglio questo hotel a tutti coloro che devono organizzare un evento a Rimini o che vogliono trascorrere qualche giorno in totale relax, la struttura, il ristorante, lo staff sono una garanzia!

Sempre disponibili, cortesia e soprattutto tanta pulizia. In un periodo caotico come quello del Sigep trovare una accoglienza di questo tipo fa la differenza. Avere la possibilità di arrivare in posto dove ci si sente tranquilli non è scontato Grazie !
