Very limited menu. First night I upgraded I had the goat cheese tartlet the pastry was rock hard. My Husband had soup .We tried to order a up grade meal of The Slow cooked minted Lamb shank. The waitress said they had run out . So I had Chicken breast ,hubby had Gammon.. The Breakfast the next morning was Applying the beans were dried out and stuck to the plate ,bacon was over cooked the fried egg was solid.The sausage was the only thing that saved it Second night we asked for the Lamb and was told that chief was changing the menu and was not getting any more Lamb.The rag pudding,the Braised Blade of Beef were off the menu . Other people that had been staying longer said that the Lamb had not been served at all . And the Breakfast the next morning was a bit better I just had sausage . The Hotel absolutely gorgeous the staff are very friendly, the gowns are lovely it's just the Food the let's it down.
