로도스 MONOYIOS 1952 근처 호텔

이 호텔은 겨울에 관광객이 없기 때문에 RODOS의 새로운 도시에 위치하고 있으며 호텔은 매우 저렴하지만 호텔 시설은 관광객, 난방 시설, 훌륭한 서비스, 아침 식사는 매우 풍부하지만 아침 식사를하는 것을 보았습니다. 호텔은 공항까지 3 분 동안 버스 정류장 버스가 있으며, 구시 가지까지 약 10-15 분이 소요되며, LINDOS에는 6 유로의 공용 자동차가있어 매우 편리합니다.

We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The staff and service were both excellent. The hotel is 75 rooms and feels just the right size, we had a spacious room overlooking the pool. The pool is a real asset to the hotel and the gardens that surround it. George the lifeguard arrives at 10am every day and was super helpful. You can have breakfast and dinner looking out over the pool and gardens, which is a beautiful setting. We had booked bed and breakfast, a great selection of food in the morning with choices for everyone. We hadn’t planned to eat in the hotel but the food was excellent and we were so well looked after, we had 3 meals. Lots of other guests were on the half board option. Reception also gave us a great recommendation and we had lunch at Koukos in the new town area. It’s 10 minutes walk into the old town and the new town so the perfect location. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the team at Rodos Park.

Having travelled to many European beach resorts and stayed in many 4star plus hotels, this is one I will never return to. I have never left a bad review before but struggling to comprehend how it has got it’s stars. I’ll start at the beginning… Arrived around midnight, to be met by the receptionist who didn’t even welcome us. Threw papers on reception, told me to fill them in, all he wanted was the resort tax from me. No explanation of where anything was or what the hotel offered. There was a porter there but only helped those staying in the Elite suites, we were left to fend for ourselves. Next morning we found a beach towel card in our room, when we finally found where to get our towels, we were told that we needed a card for each of us, so would need to trundle all the way back to reception to get another. Frustrating when the booking was clearly for two. This wasn’t a one off, heard many people sharing the same problems . The deluxe Mountain View room was so disappointing, not as TUI advertised, which stated our room was complimented by a Mountain View. See photos, just shocking view. Pool areas are poor, there are no where near enough sun beds and the morning run to get one is not what you would expect for this supposed category of hotel. The adult only pool was filthy with slime marks all around the edge and floating bird pooh from the copious amounts of starlings nesting in the hotel balconies. Some of the staff were rude, in particular one woman on the pool bar who after ignoring my partner who had been patiently waiting (he was front of the queue). I looked over to see why she wasn’t serving him, she looked at me and said “what”. I told her I was just wondering why she wasn’t serving him and just said to him”wait” and continued to chat with her colleagues. So rude We never had a bed linen changed throughout our 7 day stay which is something I have never experienced before, the maids sometimes didn’t even take away our dirty cups. Just a poor experience, never again. And before asked, no didn’t report it to management, just wanted the week to end and come home. Maybe just us having a bad experience , bur the comments “complimented by a mountain view” an utter joke!! On a positive note, coming back to the beautiful island of Rhodes, seeing the stunning old town again, and beautiful Lindos, compensated for the poor service within this hotel. Just need to find one that actually is at least 4star plus.

Just returned from the most fantastic holiday at Mitsis Petit Palais. You will never forget your holiday in Rhodes! The staff are incredible, so welcoming, friendly and cannot do enough for you. Our special thanks go to Alex 2 *****es who welcomed us at the bar the night we arrived, looked after us all week and went the extra mile to ensure that we had a good time. He is so efficient at the bar, always smiling and getting everyone singing and in the holiday mood. Try and get Alex to sing for you Life is Life! Fantastic job Alex, you should be promoted to Colonel. Thank you also to Dimmi, the best Lifeguard, Alex number 2 who served us at the bar, the reception staff who are all lovely and helpful, Luigi on the night reception who it was a pleasure to meet. The food at the hotel is excellent, we loved all the choices and had 3 courses most mealtimes, starting with a nice soup, an array of main courses and delicious dessert/ice cream. We always received a warm welcome on arrival to the restaurant by Zara and Daniel, the chefs are fantastic and all the waiters very friendly and efficient. We really liked the pizzas freshly cooked and the Greek salad with feta cheese. Our bedroom and bathroom were very nice and cleaned daily by the hardworking housekeepers. It was great having the mini bar replenished with drinks and bottles of cold water. Our balcony was also nice with a good view of the sea. Location location location! This hotel has the most perfect location for the beach, harbour, shops, Old Town and the Acropolis. We also walked to the Cave of Archangel Michael. Everything is within walking distance, there is also a hop on hop off bus if you prefer. Absolutely amazing holiday and we cannot thank Alex 2 *****es enough for being fantastic. Missing you all so much already, cannot wait to return again soon.

We stayed in the Sheraton Rhodes in the first week of July (2 adults 2 kids), last minute booking through Voyage Prive (booked Wednesday, flew Saturday). I found all the reviews here helpful in deciding to choose this hotel; here are our own experiences. Overall very happy with the hotel, facilities and service. Hotel rooms - we had guessed the hotel was built in the 70s/80s as the rooms and building itself are quite bland (actually built in 1993). We had Deluxe Sea View interconnecting rooms on 10th floor which suited us perfectly. View is fantastic - you can watch the sun set over the Turkish mountains on the far side. It was €4200 for the week for 2 Deluxe sea view rooms with ‘full board plus’. The minibar only had water and the waters were not replenished at all during the week. This seems almost a regular thing now with even top end hotels and in any case water bottles are 60 cent in the 1st floor minimarket. The king size beds are very nice. The hotel itself is not 5-star equivalent by European major city standards but nor are you paying anywhere near European 5-star prices for your stay. We found the hotel good value for the money. The public interior areas are clean and well-thought out. The lobby and the atrium around Knights bar is lovely. They have a baby grand piano open to anybody to play which is a really nice touch and adds a lot of character to the place. You’ll find kids and grown ups alike playing. There’s a nice mix of many different nationalities with the guests. Pools: 3 outdoor pools, with plenty of sun-loungers and parasols to go around throughout the day. The pool on 6th floor is very quiet and amazingly only ever had 3 or 4 people in it, with loads of space around it; the restrooms and showers here are even marble-tiled. Restaurants: the Castellano restaurant for breakfast and dinner buffet is very good and the staff there are excellent. There is a good mix of fruit / salads / hot food / cereals / breads. We never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a table outside. Non-dairy milks are still clearly not a thing for most people as sometimes these had bits in them, stick to soy milk rather than oat / almond! Themed nights meant sushi, Mediterranean options etc. as well as the usual main buffet selections. Full board +: we had 3 meals plus drinks included for the week which was okay value (about €900 for full board and €200 for drinks). Sheraton could organise this better. You get a paper card with your meal plan written on it which you must show staff every time you sit down for a meal, until they get to know you. Why they don’t just record your meal plan with your room number in the system I don’t know. With so many staff involved in serving drinks / issuing the bills etc, mistakes can happen the odd time. The extra for ‘drinks’ is about the price you would pay anyway, because as we found out on the first day, only one drink (juice, beer or house wine) is included per person. We usually have a lot more than one

편리한 위치, 친절한 도움이 되는 직원, 많은 수저 및 준비를 위한 기타 옵션이 있는 넓고 접근 가능한 주방. 오븐과 스토브탑은 모두 잘 작동했고 냉장고에는 많은 공간이 있었습니다. 직원들은 방문할 현지 장소에 대한 정보를 가지고 있었고 적극 추천하는 일몰 항해 여행과 같은 나들이를 했습니다. 그곳에서 놀라운 경험 나를 실망시킨 것은 내가 호스텔에 머물렀던 곳이었습니다. 나는 2명의 다른 사람들과 함께 방에 있는 지하실에 넣었습니다. 3베드룸 옵션이 작동하지 않습니다. 끔찍한 아이디어, 공간이 너무 협소하기 때문에 모든 소리가 더 크게 만들어집니다. 또한 내가 머무는 동안 기본적으로 모든 사람들이 아프거나 기침을 하거나 무언가가 돌아 다니고있었습니다. 일부 직원은 아팠고, 감기나 기침을 했음에도 불구하고 몇 명의 회원은 고립이나 휴식을 취하는 대신 적극적으로 일하고 있었습니다. 나는 한 회원이 손에 바로 기침을 하는 것을 보았고, 그 다음 바에서 음료를 만들기 위해 과일을 따러 갔다. 일부 직원은 책임을지고 고립되어 있다는 것을 알고 있지만 ... 화장실에 가거나 계단을 오르내리거나 낮은 출입구 아래로 머리를 5 번 두드렸다. 지하에 있어 죄수나 다른 것 같은 느낌이 들어서 숙박을 정말 악화시켰습니다. 또한 방은 주방과 야외 좌석 공간 바로 옆에 있으므로 모든 소음이 방으로 들어옵니다. 내 제안: 지하를 임대하는 것을 중단하고 조용한 시간을 더 일찍 시행하십시오(일부 직원은 실제로 그것에 대해 신경 쓰지 않았습니다). 다시 머물지 않을 것입니다, 죄송합니다. 이것을 제외하고는 Rhodes에 대한 나의 방문은 훌륭했습니다.

The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff are helpful and friendly. We didn't eat in the bar so I can't comment on the food but it looked good and plentiful if a little overpriced! Be aware though that almost EVERYTHING is an extra so budget quite a bit more if you want to use sunbeds, air conditioning or wifi. We didn't as the costs were outrageous. We had a Superior Studio apartment and the beds were very comfortable and the room cleaned daily. We didn't find any of the 'complimentary' toiletries which they advertise although we had a lovely but empty liquid soap dispenser! The shower is really good and would be better if the shower screen had been bigger. They do supply a squeegee for you to remove all the water that sprays all over the bathroom floor. The shower has a fixed head and can't be adjusted and there is a switchable hand shower head for squirting your 'bits'. A good hair dryer is provided. The biggest deal-breaker for us was that in no way was it a fully equipped self-catering apartment. There is NO KETTLE, NO TOASTER and very little of anything else in the way of kitchen equipment. A coffee peculator is provided which is useless (and I stress useless) for making tea. If you want to self-cater, the very reason we booked this hotel, don't bother booking here. You will be very disappointed. If you want to eat out there are many very good restaurants within very short walking distance. You'll be lucky to get breakfast before 10:30 AM though. If you are a light sleeper then think about what it would be like sleeping within one meter of your fridge compressor turning on and off all night long. The balcony is far from private and ours had only a view of an orange tree which was sprayed with chemicals (I assume) every couple of days! It was right next to the walkway to all the other apartments which is great if you want to meet everyone while you're trying to eat your boiled egg and no toast breakfast washed down with lukewarm tea! All in all we had a great time in Rhodes and this hotel could so easily be made to be perfect but sadly I really think they are more interested in taking money than providing a comfortable self-catering holiday experience. Still gave them an above average score though for all the good reasons stated above but we won't be staying there again for all the many bad reasons. Be sure to check out the Royal bar just round the corner. The food is wonderful, the owner and staff are fantastic and the prices reasonable. A bit further on is the San Allotte restaurant which is equally good (maybe better) but more expensive.
