4*가 있다고 하지만 별 1개도 받을 자격이 없습니다. 방은 비위생적이고 끔찍했습니다. 또한 비좁고 옷장이 없었습니다. 욕실은 더러운 세면대와 기능적인 문이 없는 샤워 시설이 있어 더욱 나빴습니다. 우리가 머무는 동안 수건은 갈아주지 않았고, ”거기” 때 청소부가 바닥에서 더러운 수건을 가져 와서 다시 접고 침대에 깔아 놓는 것이 분명했습니다. 우리는 심지어 직원에게 불평했고 그들은 청소 정책에 대해 알려주지 않은 우리 관광 에이전트를 비난했습니다. 그들은 도움이되지 않고 비전문적이며 심술습니다. 전원이 꽤 자주 꺼졌고 밤새도록 물도 없었습니다. 어느 날 밤 전원이 돌아온 후 욕실 조명에서 물이 새고 있었습니다. 직원들에게 불평했고 불을 켜도 안전하다고 해서 산불을 탓했습니다. I have given this hotel a low star rating based on the lack of air conditioning, not based on the staff, food or other facilities. Please be aware there is no air conditioning inside the hotel except for the bedrooms. There is a heat wave at present which makes the situation even more intolerable. There is a glass roof in the bar/ lounge area which effectively turns the place into a furnace. The reception area is stiffling hot which means there is no comfortable sitting/relaxation area. The beautiful restaurants have no air conditioning which makes the dining experience unbearable in 35 degree heat. Similarly the breakfast room is like an oven with the additional heat coming from the hot food area. I really do not know how staff can work in these conditions. The temperature inside the bar was 34 degrees yesterday. Surely the owners and management can feel this?. I have been to similar four star hotels in the area and all have air conditioning in the lobby and public areas. Could fans or air conditioning units be purchased. ? The bar and lounge are empty at night due to this issue . In relation to the food it is excellent and reasonably prices. All staff are polite and hard working. Special recognition goes to Andreas in the Mexian restaurant who provides exceptional service. We had several meals (sitting outside) and the food was excellent. Similarly the food at the snack kiosk and grill restaurant was excellent. In relation to the rooms the beds are comfortable and there is good air conditioning. The bath rooms are in need of urgent renovation , deep cleaning and updating. The rooms are cleaned each day and fresh towels provided. The pool area is the selling point for this hotel. It is set in tropical gardens and is very beautiful. There is a severe shortage of sun loungers and quite a few rules regarding where you are permitted to sit whilst eating, but generally a pleasant area. Wifi is provided free of charge, but can be unpredictable in terms of strength of signal. Overall this Hotel is good but could be much better with air conditioning and upgraded bathrooms. The staff are an asset to the hotel and work hard to provide excellent customer service. So management please consider providing essential air conditioning for the comfort of paying customers and your loyal staff.

이 호텔은 겨울에 관광객이 없기 때문에 RODOS의 새로운 도시에 위치하고 있으며 호텔은 매우 저렴하지만 호텔 시설은 관광객, 난방 시설, 훌륭한 서비스, 아침 식사는 매우 풍부하지만 아침 식사를하는 것을 보았습니다. 호텔은 공항까지 3 분 동안 버스 정류장 버스가 있으며, 구시 가지까지 약 10-15 분이 소요되며, LINDOS에는 6 유로의 공용 자동차가있어 매우 편리합니다.

We stayed 4 nights here half board in the Superior Suite and had a wonderful experience. The hotel opened in May ‘23 so everything is extremely modern and aesthetic which provides great vibe and atmosphere. More important was the excellent quality of service provided by all the staff here. Particularly from the Cantina restaurant where Chef Nicolas and Restaurant Manager Stefanos were extremely helpful in accommodating our dietary requirements and were able to set us an exquisite menu each day. We can confirm this hotel is vegetarian friendly, just be sure to speak to the chef and management team when you arrive. The hotel reception and bar staff were super helpful; we did not encounter anyone here that wasn’t friendly, welcoming and willing to help. Our favourite aspects of this hotel: - Great vibe, relaxing atmosphere and beautifully decorated - Outdoor gym even includes a reformer Pilates machine - Supermarket next to hotel - Bus stop outside the hotel where you can go to Lindos or Rodos Town for €4 per person. Make sure to ask Reception for the bus timetable to plan your trip. Busses are safe for tourists and really convenient. - Mountain View’s are simply beautiful - there are 2 trail routes to hike this. - Quiet location, about 25 minute walk to Kolymbia town where there are more shops/restaurants - Despite being a 4*, you still get things like Robes/slippers in the room, pool towels, complimentary 1L water everyday, welcome drink on arrival, escorted to room on arrival - Great breakfast options ranging from savoury breakfast options to traditional Greek food. Coffee is fantastic - recommend asking for Iced Freddo Cappuccino! - Can use Casa Cook facilities (eg Gym, Spa) Some aspects for improvement/ to bear in mind: - Room cleaning could be improved when it comes to checking bedsheets/towels etc are clean when provided - We went during the off-season which meant the hotel was very quiet. This wasn’t a problem to us but something to bear in mind - there isn’t any entertainment/ activities for the evening - No private beach access with this hotel but beach is a 5 min walk and you can get 2 sun beds and an umbrella for €10 - In a quiet area which is 25 min walk from Kolymbia main *****. Would have been great if offered to rent bikes/scooters to access this area more quickly Would benefit from more activities eg tennis, mini golf etc

Just returned from the most fantastic holiday at Mitsis Petit Palais. You will never forget your holiday in Rhodes! The staff are incredible, so welcoming, friendly and cannot do enough for you. Our special thanks go to Alex 2 *****es who welcomed us at the bar the night we arrived, looked after us all week and went the extra mile to ensure that we had a good time. He is so efficient at the bar, always smiling and getting everyone singing and in the holiday mood. Try and get Alex to sing for you Life is Life! Fantastic job Alex, you should be promoted to Colonel. Thank you also to Dimmi, the best Lifeguard, Alex number 2 who served us at the bar, the reception staff who are all lovely and helpful, Luigi on the night reception who it was a pleasure to meet. The food at the hotel is excellent, we loved all the choices and had 3 courses most mealtimes, starting with a nice soup, an array of main courses and delicious dessert/ice cream. We always received a warm welcome on arrival to the restaurant by Zara and Daniel, the chefs are fantastic and all the waiters very friendly and efficient. We really liked the pizzas freshly cooked and the Greek salad with feta cheese. Our bedroom and bathroom were very nice and cleaned daily by the hardworking housekeepers. It was great having the mini bar replenished with drinks and bottles of cold water. Our balcony was also nice with a good view of the sea. Location location location! This hotel has the most perfect location for the beach, harbour, shops, Old Town and the Acropolis. We also walked to the Cave of Archangel Michael. Everything is within walking distance, there is also a hop on hop off bus if you prefer. Absolutely amazing holiday and we cannot thank Alex 2 *****es enough for being fantastic. Missing you all so much already, cannot wait to return again soon.

우리는이 숙박 시설 선택과 함께 Tui 패키지를 예약했고 반 보드로 왔어요. 그래서 음식이 놀랍고, 많은 흥미로운 그리스 요리, 매일 다른 많은 선택과 함께 모든 취향에 맞는 무언가를했기 때문에 기뻤습니다. 위치는 모든 장소로 걸어가는 데 절대적으로 이상적이었습니다. 항구는 도보로 2 분 거리입니다. 역사적인 도시는 짧은 도보 거리에 있으며, 우리는 작은 거리가 살아 있고 윙윙 거리는 저녁에 방문했습니다. 호텔을 떠날 때 왼쪽에있는 환상적인 바, 적극 추천합니다! 방과 수영장은 우리가 원하는 것이 었으며 직원들은 항상 도움을주고 싶어했습니다. 우리는이 호텔을 다른 사람들보다 선호했으며 우리가 큰 결정을 내렸다고 생각합니다. 행복하게 같은 호텔로 돌아올 것입니다.
