We arrived at the Electra palace, check in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly and informative. Our room was bright and spotless however it lacked storage space ( missing shelf from the wardrobe) we did say to reception and it was fixed the following day, not what you’d expect from a 5 * hotel. Our bed was comfortable with a mixture of pillows available, we had clean towels every day and pool towels were available in the room. The hotel is spotless, this includes round the pool and pool toilets. The pool area is fantastic, sunbeds are plentiful. The standard of food was very good, definitely something for everyone available. ******* The hotel charge 80 euros to keep your room for a late checkout, at no point were we advised there is a courtesy room available for 20 minutes. There was also an issue for Jet2 guests where all inclusive ceased at 12pm on departure day, after a few complaints through the rep, the time was extended to 7pm. It was very difficult to get a soft drink in a large glass at the pool bar, When I asked why the lady asked “do you want it or not” it makes no sense Angelena and the older gentleman were both very good, There was a lady with a hoodie on who stood behind the bar everyday with her phone in her hand, regardless of how busy it is, she doesn’t help the bar staff. The manager can be seen walking round the hotel, but doesn’t acknowledge you in any way, this rubs off on some of the staff too! In our view the hotel is not 5* but a decent 4*

After a perfect holiday at the Electra Palace last year in August, we could not resist going back and seeing what they have done renovations wise. It did not disappoint, even better! The pool, pool bar, and entrainment were brilliant and massively improved, I really enjoyed the 60'/70's rock and toll band, please keto them gor next year!. The food, especially the Greek restaurant, was great. Big shout out to Anglina and Billy at the pool bar, who were great and nice to the children, who kept on asking for ice cubes. The new rooms were fab, double balcony great inside, and now if you want to chill, you can cast Netflicks for the kids. Look forward yo seeing what yhere might do this close season. We shall be back next October. My daughter says it'd her happy place this hotel, enough said. It was great you could ha e a toom for 40 minutes in the evening yo freshen up and shower before the flights back home. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for more great memories.

Visited in the beginning of May. The hotel is clean everywhere, lots of variety at the main restaurant. Scenic beach views a lot of available sunbeds every morning. The entertainment team were brilliant, Despina and Vlad always have a smile on their face and are always there to invite guests to take part in various daily activities. A relaxing, perfect week's rest.

Excellent hotel. Seems to be catering so we'll for young and old. Clean, courteous staff, spacious lobby as outdoor facilities. Had an evening meal today in their Greek Alla carte restaurant. The starters were excellent,the wine( Lycos) was mature and fragrant moist importantly the service was great

If you're looking for a relaxing holiday, I strongly recommend Electra Palace Hotel. The service we received from Tanya at the reception desk throughout our stay was always so helpful, and prompt. We would definitely visit again.

Just back from our holiday at the Electra Palace and we had a fantastic time. Beautiful hotel with lovely amenities. I usually find all inclusive in Europe to be sub par especially compared to hotels in Mexico but not here. I would say it’s the best all inclusive hotel I’ve stayed in in Europe. Food was delicious and there was a fantastic selection. The A La Carte restaurants were fabulous too. The only thing I would say is as a family hotel I feel the hotel needs more high chairs. We travelled with 2 small children who both required high chairs and it was difficult to get sometimes. As we were there in May at night time it could be a little chilly when sitting watching the entertainment, The only thing that would make it better would maybe be some little fire heaters in that area but other than that what a fantastic holiday and we can’t wait to come back!

Wow wow What can I say this hotel is absolutely beautiful can’t fault anything at all The staff are so pleasant and helpful nothing is a problem The pool area is probably 1 of the best I’ve been to no problem getting a sunbed even at 10am which is a rarity nowadays Rooms are stunning and immaculate The food is amazing so much to choose from Absolutely gutted to be going home Hopefully we can make another trip here in September

Electra Palace Hotel is a place that truly meets the expectations of even the most demanding guests. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and exceptional, making our stay special from the very first day. The bartenders served delicious drinks that were a perfect complement to the evening moments of relaxation. The kids were thrilled thanks to the excellent animators, the playground, and the playroom, providing them with fantastic entertainment every day. The food was diverse, delicious, and based on local specialties, allowing us to explore the flavors of the region. The international alcohols added a touch of luxury, and the ice cream was simply outstanding. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the cleaning team deserves immense recognition for their dedication. The only thing that might have been missing was a water slide for the kids, but it's a minor detail compared to all the other wonderful attractions the hotel offers. We would gladly return to this place, as we have fantastic memories of our trip. Our travel experience is extensive, but Electra Palace Hotel undoubtedly stands out among other destinations.
