This hotel did not disappoint, rooms , hotel clean great facilities , I sometimes find at all inclusive there is almost too much food and it becomes a bit yuck . This was elegant and good variety without it becoming too much . We ate at the Al carte and we found them all good. The American one did steak and we thought was good . The peanut butter brownie was amazing . There is plenty of space and places to sit and relax or sit and drink . The staff were amazing and brilliant , kind and helpful . Booked our taxis for us coming and going back . If there was anything to critise is in the piano bar some of the waiting staff didn’t know all the drinks menus names etc . Which wasn’t a big deal but can see in summer it irritating people . If you don’t like this hotel or food you are extremely fussy . We wil come back soon .

Stayed here for a week in October with my husband and cannot fault one thing. We had swim up room with limited sea view and it was just beautiful. Bed was so comfy too! Room spotless. Water and drinks topped up every day. The pool areas are spotless snd well spread out . We used the adult only pool which was about 1 minute from sea. Food was amazing especially in the the A La Carte restaurants- we thought Gaia was absolutely outstanding. Buffet breakfasts and lunches were lovely with plenty of choice for everyone. Dinners in evening were also spot on. We used the spa and had a Cretan massage … divine. This hotel has something for everyone- kids have their own pool area and there’s a mixed zone and also water slides and great play park. The hotel is on its own about 25/30 min walk from Gennadi and probs 5/10 more to Kiotari but this did not detract from holiday at all. We would highly recommend and we’d happily return. Just a little piece of perfection.

Really nice friendly staff, great food it’s shame that you can’t use all the restaurants that said the buffet restaurant food is great and a big selection. Rooms are big with plenty of storage.

The spa is fantastic! I had the back, shoulder and facial treatment, and it was exactly what I needed. I've come out feeling so relaxed and relieved. Magda was amazing, I felt so comfortable and relaxed with her. I would highly recommend booking a treatment here and if you get Magda, you're in amazing hands!

Fiorala was a lovely therapist. She relieved all the knots in my neck and i feel so relaxed. I had the relaxation massage, I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing spa massage and facial with Fiorela! Hotel was fabulous too. We stayed with a large family group. The amenities for young children were very helpful. Food and drinks were high quality and plenty.

Fiorella is an amazing massage therapist. She is extremely professional. All spa staff are very nice and welcoming. The spa is beautiful and well maintained , the relaxation area is beautiful. If you get a treatment at the beginning of your stay you can go in the spa area without extra charge

We went with family and friends, with kids. The resort offers many activities for children and adults, the facilities are great and very clean, the food is abundant and we enjoyed the pools and the beach though it was too cold to get into the water. I enjoyed the most the back massage from Magda. It was very relaxing and professional.
