매디슨 부티크(Madison Boutique, Faliraki)

The family running the boutique is warm and welcoming. We had a stress-free stay, with a small baby. Breakfast was good and the hotel was super clean. Pool area was beautiful, sunbeds were comfy. The location was good for a family stay, as the busy bar streets were a bit further away so it was nice and quiet in the night time. Still in walking distance from all the restaurants, shops and the beach.

We had the best 4 night stay at this hotel the family who runs it are so kind and welcoming, the room was immaculate and modern, the pool area was beautiful could not fault this place at all will definitely be returning 5 stars from us

The lobby and pool area were clean and good but the rooms were not very clean. We had sand and dust in the bedsheets. There was no real door to the bathroom just a glass door and you heard everything.... not quite relaxing. The breakfast and staff were very friendly and kind. Short walk to faliraki main street and the beach.

I rate the hotel on the quality of sleep we had, which was BAD. The hotel was clean, staff nice, room large and decent. Nice safe neighborhood away from the beach and the ***** but also easily walkable. Our sink was clogged when we arrived and they drained it immediately. Phew. The problem was the air conditioner which would lightly blow coolish air and shut off completely and randomly all night. ( which explains the single sheet as a bed cover - which was still too much warmth). Opening our patio door was not an option because our room was located in a courtyard that was lit up as bright as daytime and there was no airflow in our direction. Also the walls are thin. At midnight our neighbors headed out to party. We had the honor of hearing them prepare for their night out. We also got to listen to them arrive home at 4:30 and prepare for bed. Thankfully, that didn’t take too long and was less enthusiastic. Breakfast was nice but appeared to be running out an hour prior to breakfast service ending. All the cheese, vegetables and yogurt were picked over by 9 am and the fresh fruit was just about finished. We had a slice of banana cake that was delicious and my son took the last boiled and fried egg. When we stood up to leave I noticed some guests where offered new yoghurts so I assume there was more food if you asked. But we eat small breakfasts so it didn’t matter to us.

Madison Boutique was the perfect hotel to discover Rhodes (or for just enjoying the sun & pool). The hotel is located just outside the center of Faliraki, which is not a bad thing as you are outside the busy crowds but still close enough (10 min walking) to enjoy the good restaurants and night life. From Faliraki, it's also very easy to go to other hot spots like Rhodes City and Lindos (where the beaches are more attractive than in Faliraki). The hotel is run by a very friendly and relaxed family with the two daughters being the main contacts. They were very helpful, not only at location but also in planning activities like car rental. The hotel room was very comfy, nicely decorated, clean and big enough. The aircon needed some time to start-up but did its job. The room was on the first floor and our terrace was looking over the pool (which I would recommend as some other rooms are e.g. looking over the driveway). The pool itself is very clean and big enough. Although there are not as many chairs as rooms we never had the feeling we needed to get up early to book our seat at the pool. Beers and cocktails are available as well as a quite extensive bar menu with really good food (Greek salad, Greek pizza, gyros but also spaghetti etc.). Although the breakfast buffet was not so big, it was really fit-for-purpose and everything (bread, eggs, sweet cakes, charcuterie, etc.) tasted good including the coffee.

We booked very last minute and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The property is immaculately clean and tidy, nothing is to much trouble, Would definitely come back

Terrible service, we arrived early because of the flight itinerary, they didn’t help us in order to get the room early, we had to wait in the lobby until 3:00pm They didn’t car we were not feeling well, They even asked us in a very polite way not to wait in the lobby area I will never return to this hotel again

Relaxed stylish boutique hotel 5-10' from faliraki Beach and center. Family run from very nice people we definitely enjoyed our stay The rooms are modern and having private verandas. The pool area spacious arrangedand with a pool bar for refreshments and snacks. We will definitely visit again. The only suggestion for improvement is that the breakfast needs more variation

We spent a week here and found the hotel to be maintained to a high standard . Rooms cleaned almost every day. Breakfast was basic but more than adequate. The meals served were tasty and we had lunch several times beside the pool. Hotel is a quiet area and we had the pool to ourselves regularly. Enjoyed our stay so much we are heading back in October.
