The room was very clean and the staff friendly. It was a quiet area which was very nice.

Nice hotel to stay. The shuttle bus takes you to the Reston town and the bus driver gave as guide which really helped us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had stayed in the property for two saturdays in a row and had a great experience both times. The first Saturday we had not a great experience with the Bar and Breakfast, but the second both were much better. The full breakfast was very nice with many tasty options and the attendant was always available and very helpful. An overall great experience this time.

Beautiful Property with assume staff and quiet rooms that were well furnished. Our only problems were with the rather odd and confusing Bar and Breakfast Bar staff. It was hard to figure out what the set up was and the staff was not particularly good about explaining how they worked. Others also seemed to be confused at the experience. The menu was hand printed on a caulk board with limited choices. Another patron told us that we could custom order a sandwich which we did and it was tasty but one requested item was left out. They took the sandwich back and added the missing item without problem. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. If I went back again, I would just opt to go out to breakfast.

Apathetic staff. Daily housekeeping service would not replace empty soap, remove coffee cups from the morning or refill coffee capsules for the number of people in the room. Restaurant awful food and expensive. Won’t be returning.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Food in their restaurant was surprisingly good and not crazy expensive.

This is a strange place. The elevator to the rooms is a long walk from reception. You can't operate the elevator unless you have your room key. There is only one small hook in the bathroom for hanging towels - fine if you're one person, but not a family of four. We were told our free breakfast was "grab and go" but you had to wait a long time in line to order (tip to Sheraton: how about a buffet?), and there was only one person working. The restaurant is odd; it's dark and a little dreary and for dinner -- again -- only one person was working (the bartender). You have to order your dinner at the bar and then the bartender brings it to you. That night, he seemed overworked and confused. Also, don't order the chicken Milanese. It is literally the size of a chicken nugget.

The room was ok. I was given a handicapped room, but didn’t ask for one. Some of the features designed for people with disabilities aren’t as convenient for those without disabilities. I don’t mean that to be insensitive, it’s just a design feature in the room. They are meant to be more comfortable and convenient for people who have difficulty maneuvering. That’s why I don’t request those rooms and save them for people who actually need them. The bathroom was clean upon arrival, but after the first day a nasty smell would periodically come from the sink and toilet area. Zero counter space, which was frustrating as there was nowhere to put a toiletries bag, so I had to use the floor. The staff was ok, but didn’t seem very concerned with my presence or with service in general. I stood in front of 4 people at the front desk for a while before being acknowledged by anyone. When they did acknowledge me, they mispronounced my name (and by doing so actually called me an insult), when I corrected them there was no apology, I was just ignored. Perhaps she didn’t hear me, but that’s probably because she was busy not paying attention to the customer and more engrossed in the screen. When ordering from a food delivery service, they didn’t even call the room to let me know my food had arrived (but also wouldn’t let the delivery person upstairs).

Recently remodel, great atmosphere, staffing quietness, I just love this spot.
