位置一般。有足夠泊車位置。 房間清潔，床褥舒適，須自備牙刷牙膏，沖涼用品，毛巾。房間費用與提供的個人衞生用品有些落差。

床很舒服，睡覺周圍環境很安靜，不吵砸

Quiet location. Carpet is old. Plenty of parking but still charge $7.00 outdoor lot parking. Only one receptionist, l waited 30 minutes just to check in. Small gym. No swimming pool. Price doesn’t include breakfast.

I’m sorry to say that this hotel is nothing as A Hilton standard it just have the name. It is outdated and so so dirty beyond reasonable. The only nice customer service we got was the server for breakfast. Front desk was as indifferent solving any issue that that Akon was insulting. I try to be nice about it bringing the dirt and grime on my room and show them pics, ( I’ll make sure to include the shower head picture) the men on the front desk just reply “ I’ll take notes” and I was sent away. I’m not expecting you to take notes, the least I’m expecting is to sent someone to clean Right away. Since they didn’t show up to clean I when back and I was told they counts sent anyone to clean, I ask for a new room which I got for the second night and it was not much better. I wish I wasn’t so nice about it and I cancel my stay and switch hotels right there and then just as the rest of the group I was traveling with did.

We were in room 235 and the view is terrible. You get to see AC duct and vent on the roof top of the first floor. Be careful with the hot water. It's really hot and the water pressure is excellent. The vent tn the bathroom has not been working for months. It's evidence by a cluster of dust stuck in the fan when you look up. This explain why there is mildew around the base of the toilet, the handle bar, and black mold start to build up at the sim of the vanity mirror. The paper wall started to peel. The best thing about the room is it has more than adequate lighting. I got to use fluffy new towels

My mother was disappointed that breakfast did not come with our stay. However, I told my mom the reason why the charge, because of the location. There were many place to eat in the neighborhood.

Having the pool and hot tub "out of order" seems convenient for you, but not for us. When we booked we were under the impression that these amenities were available. Having to beg for towels during a three-night stay seems unreasonable. Why not assume that yes, we ARE taking showers during our stay and simply exchange them? It doesn't seem to have destroyed profits of hotels for the past 150 years, why is it so difficult now?

This hotel double booked my reservation I had made a month in advance after I called to let them know (at 5:45 in the afternoon) that my flight was delayed and I would be late, but still coming. They then listed me as a no call, no show despite having both called and arrived at the hotel and I had to go through many hurdles for a refund. The hotel they moved me to was 20 minutes away and I wasn’t able to find parking.

The main entry and area is very clean and bright - they've done a good job making it welcoming. The room was fine - nice size with a microwave and mini fridge. The space is really nice to have and not feel cramped. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open, which was annoying. But it was clean. The hallways though smelled funny - like cigarette smoke trying to be covered up by bleach.
