객실 크기는 적당했고 비교적 깨끗했지만, 프런트 데스크가 1층에 있어서 반 층 정도 올라가야 했던 점은 조금 불편했습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃도 다소 느렸는데, 아마도 휴일이라 줄이 길어서 그랬던 것 같습니다. 호텔 위치도 시내 중심가에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 걸어서 10분 정도 걸렸습니다.

호텔 자체는 괜찮았습니다. 아침 식사도 다양하고 객실도 괜찮았으며 주차도 가능했습니다. 하지만 서비스는 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 체크인할 때 예약했던 객실 유형이 없어 장애인용 객실만 제공할 수 있다고 했는데, 그 객실은 시설이 매우 열악하고 다른 투숙객을 위해 설계된 것이 아니었습니다. 미리 예약하고 체크인 시작 시간보다 한 시간이나 늦은 오후 5시에 도착한 투숙객에게 이런 식으로 응대하는 것은 매우 무례한 처사였습니다. 프런트 직원들은 오랫동안 다른 대안을 제시하기를 꺼리다가 결국 추가 요금을 내야 하는 객실을 제공했습니다(무슨 이유로, 그리고 예약했던 객실도 아닌데 왜 추가 요금을 내야 하는지 이해할 수 없었습니다). 결국 책임 프런트 직원의 도움으로 추가 요금 없이 객실을 얻을 수 있었습니다. 하지만 프런트 직원들의 태도는 매우 불친절했습니다. 도착한 날 이런 태도를 보이는 것은 결코 바람직하지 않습니다. 심지어 객실에는 생수 한 병도 없었습니다. 다음 날이 되어서야 가져다주었습니다. 객실에 차와 커피를 리필해주지 않는 점도 아쉬웠습니다. 게다가 저희가 묵었던 두 번째 숙박일(3일) 내내 와이파이가 작동하지 않았습니다! 이 정도 수준의 호텔을 예약했는데 와이파이가 안 되는 건 처음 겪어봅니다. 주차도 불편합니다. 프런트에서 요금을 내는 게 아니라 출구에서 내야 하는데, 위치 대비 꽤 비싼 편입니다. 하지만 시내 중심가까지는 10~12분 정도면 갈 수 있어서 그리 멀지 않습니다.

저희는 랭스에서 하룻밤 묵었는데 주차가 무료였습니다. 호텔 프런트의 직원분이 매우 친절하게 맞아주셨고, 먼저 방을 업그레이드해 주시는 한편 초콜릿까지 주셨습니다!

매우 깔끔하고 깨끗했으며, 직원들도 영어를 잘했습니다. 주차 공간도 넉넉했습니다. 객실도 깨끗했고, 시내까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리였습니다.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric Reims. The hotel is very well located, with easy access by car and pleasant walking routes to the cathedral and the city centre. It was also perfect for morning runs along the river. The room was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. We especially liked the walk-in shower, the complimentary bottle of water, the French press coffee and the well-functioning air conditioning. There was also a cosy love-seat bench tucked into a small nook, which gave the room a nice and inviting feel. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They allowed us to check in at 11:30 a.m., which we really appreciated, and when we left, they gave us a small goodbye bag with water and a granola bar for the road. Such a simple but genuinely thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a very positive experience from start to finish, and we would happily stay here again.

Everything was just perfect. The receptionist Junior was so helpful kind and professional we can’t praise him enough. The room was grand and the sheets where such good quality  . The restaurant was 5 star Julia was delightful We will return well done all

Hotel bien situé, propre, équipement complet. Dommage que le spa n’était pas mentionné sur le site internet, je serais venue avec ce qu’il faut pour y accéder

Sehr assured und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ausgezeichneter Service. Am zweiten Tag haben wir rausgefunden dass man neben dem Hotel für 4 Euro pro 24 Stunden parken kann, in der Tiefgarage des Hotels haben wir 20€ für eine Nacht bezahlt, hier hätten wir uns einen Hinweis gewünscht.
