라디슨 호텔 라임스 후기

We booked this hotel as it was new and looked really nice and Radisson have a great reputation, we had also booked a table for dinner at 7.30, confirmed by email. Parking is in an adjacent multi storey. When we arrived at 12.30 we were informed room ready at 3.00 which is the norm, however we were told they couldn’t let us eat that night as they had a large group booked and there wasn’t room for us!!! This hotel is in a new build area and not close to the city centre, the staff did not offer us any assistance in finding an alternative for dinner, so we decided we wouldn’t stay as planned, the staff didn’t seem to care we were upset, so we left. I have to point out we weren’t charged for the cancellation which at least was something, but it all felt very unprofessional for a large international company like Radisson.

Brand new hotel! Nicely furnished and designed and in a fantastic location in terms of accessibility. You can easily walk to most of the town/train station from the hotel. There is also a parking garage next door to the hotel, which isn't too expensive. Currently, there are construction sites surrounding the hotel, so the views aren't the best (which is obviously not a criticism of the hotel), but thankfully I wasn't disturbed by any construction noises. Staff were really good, friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was lovely as well. Would highly recommend!

Très bon séjour d'une nuit dans cet hôtel récent. Notre chambre n'était certes pas très grande, mais la disposition très pratique et nous avons retrouvé le confort Radisson que nous apprécions tant ( au niveau de la literie notamment). Nous avons apprécié également le calme grâce à une très bonne isolation, la proximité avec le parking ( qui jouxte l'hôtel), la proximité avec le centre ville ( où on peut se rendre à pieds très facilement), la qualité du repas servi au restaurant ( avec une mention spéciale pour le vin libanais, une découverte) , et la qualité du petit déjeuner ( mais là encore, c'est la marque Radisson..). Donc, très bonne expérience.
