A step back in time but clean, quiet and Tom on reception was very accommodating. TV worked, Netflix. Food delivered as the restaurant wasn't open. Perfect one night pit stop. 24 hour reception and a bar. Get what you pay for and I have no complaints. Oh, the room had a balcony too! Perfect if you smoke.

Very dated and run-down hotel. Wall heater in room broken and replacement plug-in radiator not sufficient to heat room. Main lights in room extremely bright, but bedside lights tiny and totally inadequate for use (and one didn't work).A piece of door-frame fell on me when I opened door to rickety+dangerous-looking outside balcony.Balcony door couldn't be locked either so room was easily accessible from outside.All TVs have apparently been recently updated to streaming service only so no prospect of watching ordinary TV channels.Asked 3 members of staff to help register the TV to be able to log in to ITVX for example, so that I could at least watch ITV, but they didn't understand.Basin/bath and toilet were thankfully clean, as was bedding, but room generally grubby and bathroom floor dirty.I only paid £32 per night, but wouldn't recommend even at this price.

Warm welcome, big room with view, very clean. Convenient location for M25 and Reigate.

Used to be a 5 star hotel in Reigate with outstanding views and great service. NOT ANY MORE /Thought it was a run down hostel when I walked in. Do not stay here and do not eat anything if you value your health. 1 star hygiene rating by Local Authority- complete dump

Booked for 2 nights on a business trip cost of £90 per night arriving on a Tuesday Paid in full on arrival - big mistake. Asked when the restaurant / bar was open was told it wasn't, asked where / when breakfast was, told there was no breakfast couldn't even get a coffee The single room really was a single, small single bed very small room all very tatty. Had to run the hot water tap for 5 mins before being able to have a shower - if I had pulled on the shower fitting it would have collapsed. Awful nights sleep, no fitted sheets ended up sleeping on mainly the mattress. Went out and returned the following night. The room had not been cleaned, bed not made, no clean towels Very few cars in the car park and didn't see any other residents so rooms must have been available Was told rooms only got cleaned every other day so I requested a different cleaned room. The receptionist called someone then informed me it was not possible. I asked to speak with the manager, the receptionist then spoke at length with someone then I was informed I couldn't speak with the manager as it wasn't his shift Shocking hotel, waste of money avoid this place

Please save your money everyone. This place is an absolute disgrace of an establishment. But you can’t complain as nobody is available at the desk or via a phone call. The room was left as sleeping in the car was a nicer option. Avoid at all cost

Absolutely shocking, no that’s signal, no Wi-Fi, no bar, no restaurant, all being advertised,not the case , you can also see in the second photo the fire escape being padlocked shut , to be honest I f you can find somewhere else to stay then I suggest that’s what you do

Shocking, possibly my worst ever experience, Bridge House Hotel is charging top rate for facilities they are unable to provide… No Restaurant , no Wi-Fi , no TV signal , shower is lousy, warm water at a trickle, complained 3 nights in a row, 3 different managers, nothing… If you are thinking of staying, do yourself a huge favour, STOP… Book somewhere else, this place is appalling in both service and standards. Breaching trading standards, nothing less than theft, massive con.

It’s not anymore, belongs to oyo hotels, that’s running under new ownership , IT’S ALL, NEWLY REFURBISHED Very good location, very clean and tidy, very large rooms, with all the amenities. The restaurant menu, it’s fabulous I will definitely come back again and i’ll recommend to every traveler, around. All done
