호텔 빌라 알렉산드르(Hotel Villa Alexandre)

Cela fait maintenant la 3eme fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel chaleureux et cosy. Nous avons toujours été reçu de façon correct. Effectivement, les bagages n’ont pas été portés lorsque nous avons dormi à l’étage. Rien de grave en soit. Mais lors de notre dernier séjour,nous avons dormi dans la chambre du bas (7 il me semble) , Lors de l’entrée dans la chambre, j’ai été attaqué par une forte odeur d’urine de chat.. la personne de la réception ose me dire que non , elle ne sent rien.. Je lui demande si elle peut me proposer une autre chambre parce que c’est incommodant. Elle me dit qu’elle n’a plus qu’une chambre à l’étage mais que l’hôtel ne tolère plus les animaux à l’étage (du fait de dégâts occasionnés auparavant par les animaux d’autres clients : je peux comprendre) mais par conséquent, nous sommes contraints de dormir dans une chambre qui sent l’urine à plein nez avec une mauvaise insonorisation ( des clients ont arrachaient le rideau qui permettaient de réduire le bruit venant de la porte) et un chauffage de salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas. J’ai pourtant payé le prix fort pour une prestation qui n’est plus la et aucun geste n’a été fait. Je suis hyper déçu. Je ne pense pas y retourner..

We stayed for one night on our way to southern France and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was exceptional. When we arrived we decided to spend the afternoon by the pool with a bottle of wine instead of going to a local vineyard, we didn't think it was worth leaving. We decided to have dinner there as well and it was one of the best meals we had in our 2 weeks in France. Thank you to the entire staff.

We were only here as a stop off on our road trip to Loire Valley, but we didn't want to leave! The grounds are beautiful, the hotel buildings are STUNNING and vineyards as far as the eye can see. The room was very comfortable and approprately decorated; we both slept like babies. The shower, towels and bathroom products were absolutely luxurious. The staff in the hotel really went above and beyond for us. We unfortunately were held up for almost 3 hours on one of the toll roads for a very bad car accident, we orginally were supposed to arrive by 19:00 but didn't get there until 22:00. The kitchen was closed but upon hearing that we were stuck on the road and hadnt eaten dinner, Thibaud created the most beautiful meat and cheese board with some salad and fresh bread for us. We chose a local appelation wine to go with it and we were in heaven. It was more food than we could eat and we were so thankful for the kind gesture. Special note for the breakfast as well, thoughtfully put together, delicious, and very filling. We will absolutely be coming back! We love the French country side and travel here often, Hotel Villa Alexandre is one of the best we've experienced.

Flott opphold, god service, flott beliggenhet

Just came back from three nights at Hotel Villa Alexandre. Staff was friendly and always ready to assist. Each room is designated as a wine and ours was "Chablis". Nice decor and super comfortable bed. Bathroom was very nice even though it's one of those where the architect decided to save on tempered glass for the shower and water ends up outside the enclosure where it was supposed to be kept (not the hotel's fault though). We didn't go to the restaurant but could see it nearly full every single night. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back if visiting the region again.

We get back there for the second time as we feel it is a good stop when we go from Paris to the south of France. Again we loved it, the common areas are nice, the outdoors are really beautiful, the quality price ratio is really great. The rooms are comfortable. The diner was really nice The staff is nice, really passionate about their work and this location, and one can understand.

An amazing hotel in a stunning part of France. Everything was top quality and we couldn’t fault anything. We only wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back. The staff were incredibly helpful, the food was superb and the rooms were beautiful.

Second visit to this hotel and it didn’t fail to delight. Beautiful location, attentive staff and wonderful rooms. The restaurant is super and the food is delightful. If you want a relaxing break this is the place to go. Views are amazing! The breakfast is definitely worth spending time over!

After our stay in April here, we decided to stay a bit longer this time on our way back from the Med to break up the journey home. If "wonderful" can be improved then the team here did just that by making the whole experience even smoother. Effortless, personable and professional service. Excellent menu and wine list. Our 3 days here were super relaxing. We will be back !
