홀리데이 인 익스프레스 레드우드 시티-센트럴, IHG 호텔 후기

프론트에서 선분양권을 요청했으나 12일이 지나도 대출이 이루어지지 않았습니다. 다른 호텔도 당일 발매합니다. Ctrip의 애프터 서비스 처리 능력이 매우 열악합니다.

서비스가 좋습니다. 장소는 머물기에 매우 편리합니다. 특히 외국인의 경우 매우 짧은 기간 동안 연장을 요청하는 사람들에 대해서는 약간의 고려가 필요합니다.

호텔은 교통이 편리하지만 주변에 사람이 많아 치안이 조금 걱정됩니다.

離斯坦福近

1층은 체크인 데스크와 주차장입니다. 체크인하는 동안 친절한 직원을 만났습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고 상대적으로 더 업데이트된/현대적인 미학을 가졌습니다. 아침 식사는 다양했으며 재고 및 일반적인 청결도 측면에서 잘 관리되었습니다.

Rooms closer to street were noisy so I had to ask for a different room the second night I was there. The breakfast was good, it had cold and warm choices. But the warm breakfast was the same 5 days out of the 6 days I stayed there and no vegetarian choices at all. The hotel was clean and sort of updated. There was nothing interesting to walk around the hotel. However it is a good hotel if you want to stay there and visit San Francisco and surrounding. A little expensive considering there is no other amenities besides a small gym room.

Excellent location, spacious room, and friendly front desk staff. Furnitures are a little bitter old.

Had a nice conversation with the Manager and front desk staff. Found our stay to be very pleasant and will recommend this property to others.

This property had water damage to TWO rooms, and they told me that mine was one of them. They put the blame on *******, saying I should have been notified by ******* ... I was not notified. They gave me ZERO help in finding another hotel. *******, will you ensure that I'm not charged by ******* for NOT staying at the Holiday Inn Express?

My first time to travel in San Francisco and I enjoy my stay here.My room is huge and I have to say that the cleanliness is amazing every time i went out for activities whenever I came back to my room it is always clean as if it was my first day to check in. I will definitely go back and recommend it.

Quiet place and friendly staff. The place is clean, a tiny front area but over all petite but nice.

Not the best area around it but it is conveniently located to coffee and fast food and the freeway. Once in the hotel everything is great and good breakfast included

The customer service was beyond amazing. I haven't even received such customer service even in high end hotels. The daily breakfast was very good, even the service during breakfast was impressive. The only down-fall would be our sofa bed which my children slept on. The bed within the sofa felt like it was going to fall apart.
