The room was super outdated. Didnt really look like the photos. The shower had a nasty gross shower head that barley let any water out of it. We were only in our hotel for the night so we didnt wanna complain about anything. The staff was super nice during check in. Just not at all what we expected from photos.

I have always loved this hotel. I love the location, the Christmas light display this time of year, and the vast amount of walking trails around the property. However, it would be nice to see some updates with the rooms in the lodge. Also, attention to items not working in the room would be appreciated. The light on our porch was out and the phone in the room was not working. Just small details that seem to be overlooked the past few times we have stayed.

Got to the hotel very nice they allowed us to check in early. The room was dated. very nice views of the golf course. Took a shower water went everywhere out shower. Head was clogged up. Tile floor though out was sticky. No store to buy drinks, snacks. No breakfast except a the restaurant paid for kid's meal at 8 dollars I purchased a regular breakfast and got 1 extra egg it cost me 6 dollars more than the kids breakfast with 2 *****s of bacon hash browns toast was the deal. Have a great day.

Not bad at all, but not great either. Room and lodge needed updating. It was fine for one night.

This resort wouldn’t seem to be outdated from the outside. The golf resort and surrounding landscape are a very eastern Oregon/Sunriver vibe but inside is another story. It feels like the lodge portion hasn’t been updated since maybe the 80s or 90s which would be fine if things looked consistently outdated and not patch worked just to keep functioning. As an example, our bathroom fan sounded like a car engine when tuned on and there were two surge protectors so that you don’t notice the limited outlets in the room. It was overall a comfortable experience and the price was great but the hotel could use a major upgrade.

I thought it was a great touch to have drive through Christmas lights during the season. I wish there was an indoor hot tub.

We have stayed here multiple times and always have a great experience. The rooms are clean, nice size and quiet. We enjoy walking the area and visiting the lounge a short distance by foot from the lodge.

Booked for my son for thanksgiving and the staff was great at check in and room nice and clean.

Our room was located next to a service door that was used frequently and made for sleepless nights and mornings. Considering the hotel was a ghost town it made NO sense to place us there. We also had a set of friends who left a Sat early because their stay was also compromised. We do not plan on staying her again. We would appreciate some compensation for their lack of value. Very disappointed.
