Vivanta Katra Vaishno Devi

My recent stay at Vivanta in Katra was truly great. The place has a delightful ambiance and convenient amenities that made my visit comfortable. The rooms were cozy with plush bedding for two, as well as useful amenities like a mini-fridge, tea/coffee maker, wardrobe with safe, TV, and seating area. The rooms also offered picturesque views of the gardens and stunning Trikuta Parvat. The hotel's MYNT restaurant provided delectable cuisine. The breakfast buffet was extensive with plenty of options. The staff, especially Ravi, Su*** Yadav, and Ashok the ***ager, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were happy to modify dishes for my dietary restriction, providing dairy-free alternatives without issue. Su*** Yadav was particularly helpful in assisting me when I made a mess on the table during a phone call. Overall, the staff's cooperativeness, friendliness, and service were highly satisfactory throughout my stay. My only suggestion would be to offer more variety on the lunch and dinner menus. - Raghavendra

The food quality, quantity and the ambience was very good.. special thanks to Chef kaka ram and server Su*** yadav.. Made our stay very comfortable.. highly recommended. The room service and housekeeping was exceptional. It's the best hotel in the town..

A very pleasant stay with good food. Restaurant service staff were really cool and helpful specially su*** Yadav, Vijay sharma,shivani, poonam,rohit.keep uu the good work guys😁. The hotel provides drop to vaishno devi, but the pick up from vaishno devi may sometime be delayed because of traffic. Over all a great experience.

Thank you, Team Vivanta Katra, Upon entering, a security team member at the main gate was very humble and had a good smile on his face. Upon entering the lobby, Jasmine handled the formalities of check-in. I was searching for my IDs for check-in, and I had forgotten my bag in my bus. She took the initiative and called the travel agency to help me retrieve my carry bag containing documents and amar has done it very gently. I really appreciate the team's effort, and I'm especially thankful to Mr. Rishi, the housekeeping ***ager whom met in the lobby at the time of check-in. He was very friendly. The leaf art has been amazingly done by a housekeeping team member, and an amazing ***go-flavored cake is waiting in our room. As a special occasion for our wedding anniversary, the team did their best for us. Additionally, Mr. Vicku is a very gentle and attentive caretaker for every guest and a beautiful creativityhas done by their team. Keep up the good work! Very good location, with well-maintained gardens and greenery. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is helpful, especially the person at the front desk. The food at the restaurant is average, but overall, it's a pleasant experience.

Taj as everytime has that charm to keep visiting whichever property in different cities it may be.The ambience the upkeep the smooth check in all that is a team work so appreciate all Taj Vivanta katra we experienced the fabulous hospitality while dining as the staff particularly Mr Vijay Kumar was so efficient in making us relish the wonderful cuisine .Breakfast served was amazing and of course Mr Vijay Kumar left no tables unturned to serve us efficiently.Thanks chef for the amazing food Definitely worth every moment of our stay.

Vivanta Katra applies the impeccable standards of Taj Hotels Globally ie 5 star trea**ent with the warmth of the Indian culture. Service standards are very high with a staff that is graceful, prompt, well trained , empathetic and flexible We visited Katra on April 8 with the intention to get Vaishnodevi Mata darshan on April 9. At checkin into the hotel, we could not believe that it has such a beautiful night view of the Trikuta mountain path that leads to the shrine. The rooms are really cozy and comfortable. Restaurant is modern with variety of food options We are grateful to ***n Sharma who ensured that out visit to Katra is successful. His presence of mind and going out of the way to help us, is note worthy Having said the above, we found every staff in the hotel has the innate desire to give best service to visitors. They are motivated and good hu*** beings. Thank you Vivanta for making our stay comfortable. We good the blessings of Mata on the first day of Navaratari and returned home feeling extremely satisfied with the entire journey.

Taj Vivanta Katra is an amazing place to stay. I have been going there for years now. Warm staff, great food and wonderful hotel. Special thanks to ***n and Suresh and the whole team at Taj Vivanta Katra. Look forward to my next visit soon. A MUST VISIT HOTEL RESORT !!
