Travelodge Scotch Corner A1 Southbound

The hotel and staff its self were fantastic, but the app double charged me while using Apple Pay and head office customer service are rude and unhelpful. Even though we were in one of the rooms there system shows the other room which we didn’t book as a no show. And now they won’t help me get 100 back… Scotch corner and it’s staff are helpful and hotel is clean.

We needed a base for three days whilst at Croft Motor Circuit. The hotel was easily accessible from the motorway but noise from the road was minimal. Very helpful staff.

Cheap, clean and within access off everything we needed, the services traffic was quiet at night so didn't bother any of us

Checked in at 2pm. The lady on reception was most welcoming & helpful. She even had good knowledge of things to do & see in the local area. Room, bathroom & bedding was exceptionally clean. Only £29.00. Based on this visit, I would highly recommend.

Truly abysmal. Room smelt toilet smelt and shower abysmal. Badly designed area with terrible service station too

We usually go a little bit upmarket from Travelodge but the accessible room was good enough for 1 night

We stayed to be handy for coach to take us to our port to go a cruise so we didnt sleep in and have a long druve from home

Very convenient to break up my trip South. Handy for various food outlets and coffee shops. As a solo female traveller it makes it very convenient. Sarah on reception was brilliant. So friendly and helpful. Says she loves her job and it shows. For the price you pay you cannot complain about anything.

Sian was superb very helpful polite and accommodating no issues at all a very good employee a credit too the company We were attending a wedding near by and needed the room early she bent over backwards to help us out and not a big thing but the following morning when she saw me and my wife she addressed us by are names which I thought was great
