Not recommended – serious safety issues, no service, no air conditioning The central location and modern design promise a lot – but our stay was very disappointing. The staff were untrained and lacked service orientation. We were only greeted after multiple attempts, and questions were answered impatiently. The reception is not staffed after 10 PM, so there is no assistance at night—even in serious situations. The ventilation in the room leaked so badly that the carpet got wet and my silk dress was permanently stained. There is no air conditioning, and the ventilation is switched off at night, central —unbearable with temperatures over 30°C. Windows can be opened, but due to the hotel’s location on a busy street, it is too loud to sleep with them open. The wardrobe is also completely inadequate for two people. 30 cm brigt 😂. My evening gown dient fit in. The wardrobe was already Full with a simple evening Dress. The terraces were completely locked, including the terrace under the trees—which would have made more sense given the temperature—and only the front terrace was opened in the afternoon, and only after requesting it. Where the sun was fully shining on. The parking garage is located across the street, unlit, and accessed by a key and a carlift. The gate takes a long time to close, during which anyone from the street could enter the carlift. There are no security cameras or personnel. The provided emergency phone numbers are announced through a long recorded message (not provided from the reception you have to find it out by your own) that you have to write down first. The wait in the call queue is long—in an emergency case, Not at all helpdull, the homeless man with the glass bottle could have harmed me long before any help arrived. Additionally, the phone number’s area code is not local but somewhere else in Germany. Most disturbing: The staff clearly knew the homeless man, who was given a glass bottle in the hotel restaurant and later followed us into the hotel’s own parking garage. The hotel has no security personnel; the parking garage is unlit and without any camera surveillance. There are also no designated parking spots directly at the hotel, making loading and unloading difficult. Just ones you have to pay for and just if available, there are Not Belohnung to the Hotel. One to Upload for free should be the Minimum. The hotel staff did not intervene and called neither security nor the police. The hotel completely ignored its responsibility for guest safety on its premises. The Hotel has seriously service Problems. They should send the complete Staff for a Training. Conclusion: The location is good—but lack of air conditioning, poor staff, and serious safety issues make this hotel definitely not recommendable.

Very well appointed hotel, fully modernised with large rooms, comfortable beds and quiet. The onside restaurant was really good with superb service that went above and beyond. All the staff were great and I would recommend this hotel for business or leisure...just a shame I didn't have more time to try out the gym and other facilities. Highly recommended!
