OYO 141 라스 알 카이마 호텔(Ras Al Khaimah Hotel)

On January 27th, 2024, my daughter Hannah Gabriele Buan Espino celebrated her 18th birthday at Ras Al Khaimah Hotel, where the venue was Saqr Hall. After the event, we received extremely good feedback from our guests about the food served. They said it was really amazing, cooked fresh and clean. Also, the venue and room was stunning and all the staff were very friendly, with good manners, and very helpful. My husband and I are extremely happy about the feedback and would like to give a BIG thanks to all the team and staff of the hotel, especially Mrs. Thess, who patiently assisted us with all our inquiries and Mrs. Juliet also helped us with room bookings. We went here with friends who has holidayed here when it had just opened. We had a 10. night holiday booked with BA we arrived the early hours of Sunday 9th of October. We unpacked went to bed after looking around room in daylight next morning I wasnt impressed, we had 1 b/towel so hubby went down and asked for another also we asked for extra coathangers as there were only 4 (for 2 people) ?? The towel s did appear but no coathangers on trying the shower the head from the shower only produced a trickle so we asked if someone could check it for us . The light in the bathroom was flickering when we looked in it this is what we saw (see 1st photo ) there were two lights one either side of the sink both full.of dead flies they fixed the flickering light but the the other light though working was still full of dead flies ???????? Long story short they never fixed the shower we gave up asking for it to be fixed and used the small head on the shower. The 2nd photo is the photo is the mess that greeted us on our bathroom floor when we returned to our room after our 3rd request for the shower to be fixed (at least we assumed)they were trying to fix the shower head ) why else would you leave s bathroom in that state 😡😡😡😡😡😡 It was 5.30 and we had dinner booked for 6.30 i went ballistic hubby thought i was blaming him he threw one of the white bath towels over it and to cease arguung about this awful room iI.didn't complain about the room after that I decided it was easier to just put up with it and keep.the peace I should have at the start of the holiday demanded to move rooms and it would have been a much nicer holiday. We had paid for two upgrades and this room was certainly not worth the price we paid. The hotel does have good points the staff are amazing resturant and bar staff are some of the best we have ever had rhe privilage of meeting. Shout out for Peter and the Pizza chef in the Italian we enjoyed your singing and they are fabulous people . Also shout out for Nushta in the lobby bar but there were too any lovely staff to.mention by name the staff are certainly a great asset to the hotel. We really used only the a la carte restaurants in the evening for dinner and they r amazing always managed to book.a table and we loved the Italian at lunchtime too. I dont do brekkie but hubby and our friends did . The main areas of the hotel are lovely and reasonably kept seats are stained quite badly in some places and do need upgrading . The weather was fab food was good staff amazing but the photos of our room speak for themselves. I should gave made a stand at the start of the holiday regarding the room but then again no 5 star hotel should have a room in this condition.

We had an excellent one night stay at the hot el. Th deal included breakfast for 3 adults consisting of American, English, Middle Eastern cuisines. Since we are vegetarian we spoke to a staff member Mr James there were very limited choices available for us. He in turn informed the Chef who made Wada Sambar for us. The room was very neat and clean with all facilities like fridge, tea /coffee, cable TV, toiletries, etc. The swimming pool had cool water with depth from 1 to 3 metres. Ms Sneha at the Reception did quick check in for us and informed us about all the facilities. Overall it was a very satisfying staycation and we definitely recommend this hotel.

A very nice 2 day stop at RAK Hotel. Staff are very helpful, especially the lady on the reception. The rooms are clean and the AC is good. Nice and quiet and we both had excellent nights sleep. We were up early so missed breakfast. They were kind enough to bag our breakfast up so we could have it when we got in. A great stay, thank you.

Putu is a very professional employee of food and beverage department of double tree by Hilton al-Marjan. Very professional and friendly. All the best in her future career. She is very good and smart lady.

What a fabulous holiday people here couldn’t do enough for you special shout out to Eldo in the restaurant (see photos ) and Habiba who were amazing also to chambermaid of room 1102 who found my earring lovely place can’t fault staff who made our holiday Down side is when we arrived at 3am room wasn’t ready no duvet or towels this needs to be sorted as guests are weary after long flights this was rectified but shouldn’t have happened 😩

We stayed in the hotel for a night. During checked in time, we waited for a long time due to all rooms a fully booked. But kudos to the Filipino receptionist who assured us that room will be ready. The bed is nice, however, bathroom faucet is dirty and is not well cleaned. The hotel is old and some parts of the rooms needs to be replaced. Actually, the building itself needs a renovation. Food breakfast needs to have a variety of cuisines since different nationalities are checking in. The female waiter keeps on staring at us while me and my friends are enjoying. Seems like she wanted us to get out from the restaurant look. Overall stayed is only average.

Booked a deluxe double room for the weekend. Warmly greeted by the reception. Nice clean spacious rooms. Beautiful view from the room. Shower, towels and toiletries. Breakfast was good. Fresh croissants and pastries. Live egg fry cooking. Parking is onsite. Good customer service.

Ras Al Khaimah has its own uniqueness, small town, beautiful people and plenty of natural scenarios, historical evidence is well kept in the museum which is a must to be seen when visiting here. A better and a silent place with many stories to be heard
