It was a great experience of visiting these resort for a farewell party With a friendly staff & food was excellent 👌 Hall was decent & resort a**osphere was good & recieving of staff was impressive I will suggest you to please visit with a family

Great Staycation for this winters festive. Enjoy my quality time my beloved 😍, The food, the ambience and the beauty of the place has captured our hearts, It is definitely the great escape from the city. Will ensure another visit next year.

Served the last comers even when we were the first comers and waited for so long and when we asked them ,they just told to wait . We waited for atleast half hour and he was serving the customers tht came long after us .

It is wonderful time with friends here really enjoyed the food, nature,games, swimming pool, clean maintenance, infrastructure, every day food have been enjoyed daily and rooms are very nice and good attached with maximum satisfied...

Fantastic support by the Event ***ager Mr. Prithviraj who is highly talented and handled with lot of ease and expertise. He did his fullest to our corporate cultural get together. On February 15th, I had made a reservation for the Dream Valley Resort through ClearTrip's partner SmartBuy. Sadly, on February 22nd I received an email from ClearTrip informing me that the Dream Valley Resort would not be honoring my booking and thus making it impossible to check in as planned on 24th Feb. As such, I have de***ded full reimbursement plus additional co****sation for their mistake from them at once. On the 24th of February, I was at home awaiting news regarding my cancelled booking when I got a call from SmartBuy that Cleartrip confirmed that I have already check-in to Dream Valley Resort. This story between ClearTrip and the Resort is nothing short of a tragedy: why would someone be so greedy as to take advantage of their customers, robbing them of their hard-earned money? I can't comprehend it. I was scammed despite having made the entire booking online. Heed this warning - it is no joke! See the photos attached for proof that these egregious acts are real. ClearTrip also informed me that DreamValley has secured a contract for wedding parties, which caused them to discard my booking.

Very Bad experience. Five families booked rooms in DVR . When we arrived, check in was not smooth. Staff lack front desk ***ners. We were told to get welcome drink in the next doors, where a bucket full of synthetic / juice was kept and the person filled the cups and and offered. we refused by seeing the presentation. Location is good with greenery but food was horrible. Even Hi tea and snacks were not upto the mark. I don't suggest this resort to my friends.
