쿨네스트(Coolnest)

Visites here with friends last weekend and have to say that we all were absolutely surprised in a positive way! Coolnest looked just a new, well decorated and nice property with very nice views when we booked this long weekend there (for skiing). But we noticed already home that they put strong effort get your plans run smoothly… They organized well ahead shuttles and timetables for arrival day and we just had to keep our own vacation rolling :) And when we arrived, Owe et al. was rightaway ready to answer for every question we ever could get in mind. From that moment we knew that it does not matter if something goes wrong during next days: We will okay also here in foreign small village: they were really friendly and polite to help you no matter what (and with very very highly fluent english!) Property itself is a nice, new and well designed modern 4-star property with good saunas, heated pool, nice room (clean!) rooms. Breakfast was wide and fresh, plus based local items if possible :) Skishuttle served very fluently and almost minutesharply every day. Pool and saunas were good after long skiingday and every room had own locker for skies. Room was quiet, nice, clean and everything worked. So, Not a single thing to complain from a group of four: We were treated and spoiled like a loved ones :) Overall: 4-4+ for the hotel and 6/5 for staff and their attitude! Definitely book this, if you want good vacation in Zillertal.

Wonderful hotel. Amazing design, beautiful and very comfortable room. Delicious and rich breakfasts, and we haven't had such a selection of food as the hotel offers as an "afternoon snack" in any other hotel. Great cuisine also at the Tweets restaurant. Also included in the price are top-class services and very good guest service. We highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

Beautiful design hotel with fantastic service and view on the Zillertal valley. Rooftop pool, Chris’ Tweets Dinner Restaurant, sport massages by Joyce, Sauna and Wellness Area, … perfect combination for some days in the mountains. All time favorite location besides Kristallhütte - love the crew and atmosphere.

Every single thing is perfect! The staff, the food, the rooms, the view, the offered activities,the location! Beautiful and welcoming from the minute you arrive and greeted with a welcome drink to the minute you leave with a farewell present. We can't wait until the next time!

The stuff was kind and helped us as much as possible when needed. The room and hotel was clean and the breakfast was amazing and good quality food. The design and decoration of the hotel was of my taste. Really enjoyed the stay!

Beautiful hotel. Love decorations and view. Above all I love a relaxed vibe and cozy feeling. It is relatively small hotel and can pass as a design hotel I would say. However, most important part - it is very functional - to every small detail. Everything is there right where I need it and of great quality. This is our second time this year. While I had more elaborate breakfasts in my life - breakfast in coolnest is small but of great quality and with everything I need. Afternoon jauzi is fabulous, basically a small buffet with a 1-2 meals each day different, prepared by a chef. Pool and spa areas are kept immaculate. There are many small cute surprises - photo booth, decorating activity, fresh popcorns in the tv/game room. Yoga classes were great as well as massage. They also have a shuttle services to take guests to different skiing lifts. Will definitely go back.

The staff was so helpful, directing me to a clinic when I fell hiking. Called the clinic to tell them we were coming.

Just perfect, really. We felt like home during our stay . Staff, environment , service ..... all at perfect level . You can enjoy beautiful views , pool, spacious really spacious space at Coolnest area. etc .....

The perfect place to stay in the Zillertal for those that appreciate a hip hideaway with playful design. The rooms are spacious and bright and offer amazing views on the surrounding mountains. There's a decent gym on site and a sleek rooftop pool, which is the perfect place to chill after some hikes. The breakfast was extensive and the staff super friendly. Will definitely come back.
