Pretty good 40$ Deposit a few bugs here and theee but you get what you pay for

Good and clean room. Recommended, albeit a little far from the city.

Hotel location okay. But the service just soso as the elevator can stop for few days without fixing.

Elevador was broken Blood on the bathroom door The bed had mold on the bed sheets and protector cover Dead bug on the wall I was very upset with my room but it’s to late to move to another hotel

There were bugs, little beetles and roaches all over the bathroom. When we brought this to staff attention, even though they were sympathetic, they stated we had to contact the GM by email who then stated we had to contact Orbitz regardind a refund.

The elevator was out of order, but luckily they placed us on the first floor. The other issue is says that they provide breakfast, but it's coffee and mini muffins. That's no breakfast. Need better clarification on booking page that states grab-n-go items or continental breakfast.

Quick and easy check in. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room has alot of broken pieces and smells like cigarette smoke bad. Very bad. Found parts of a hyperdermic needle that fell out when I got in the bed. But this is normal here I've been told.

I always loved this Super 8. Really convenient you are right in the middle of everything. Close enough to downtown where you not in the mix but it does not take 30 mins to get there.

There was good and bad during my stay @ Super 8 in Raleigh, NC. The staff that checked me in and out were very nice. When I came back to the hotel at night, the two people working the counter seemed to be working on an issue with a customer checking in. The doors won't open at night unless they check you in. After standing at the door for 10-minutes, a man in the lobby let them know I was there and finally let in. The hotel is in a busy neighborhood and plenty of stores, etc., are nearby. There were also a number of people around the hotel that seemed a bit sketchy. The elevator was broken, so I had to walk up the fire escape stairway to get to my room on the third floor. When I first went to my room, the whole area reeked of *********. Later, when I came back, there was a couple arguing loudly with obscenities. There was a mention of the man cheating on the woman. Because of having to use the stairs to get to the rooms, the door wouldn't secure, which seems unsafe as anyone could walk in from outside. The room seemed clean but last person there didn't flush the toilet. Computer table was very wobbly as was the chair. The bed was very noisy; I heard a symphony of creaking springs anytime I moved in it or sat down on the bed. The bathroom is really tight with the toilet taking up much of the floorspace. TV, A/C, fridge and microwave all worked. It was pretty quiet in the room, itself, with the A/C on. However the hallways were pretty noisy because of people speaking loudly.

It was a nightmare. Check in was painless however your staff member did not make mention of the fact that there was no working elevator prior ( not knowing if I have a disability that she cannot see) to sliding me my room keys and informing me I would be on the 4th floor. So having just gotten off of a plane and out of an über even more unhappy and uncomfortable I take my luggage up through their emergency exit stair well and walk up to the 4th floor. I get to the very hot 4th floor and to the room assigned and the keys I have been given do not work. I slide down the wall to the carpet floor trying to catch my breath in the heat and I have enough battery to call down to the front desk to inform her I can’t come back down but the keys do not work. She replies on the phone “Oh my God. I’ll be right there.” Literally 15 minutes pass and I am still I’m outside of my room that I had been checked into and I’m on the carpet on the hot 4th floor hallway. A security guard comes from the stairwell and asks if I am ok because he saw me plop down on the security camera which is right outside of the room I was assigned. I tell him no and explain the situation- he goes back down and shared how the staff member did not inform him when he was down there about my room. He comes back up 5-10 minutes later with 2 more room keys and they still don’t work.Dirty, hot, roach in the room and GM will not give refund

I understand the rooms are cheap for a reason, but I think you could do better. The fridge was broken, when we first entered the room. However, maintenance immediately assisted us. Staff was great. It's a bit discouraging to see the elevator and emergency stairs out of order.

Adequate as far as decently safe location and cleanliness.
