Nice place, little bit expensive, but very relaxing and pools and saunas are really high quality.Price is at the high end, but you pay for good quality. would go again, and recommend to my friends.Pools have hot and cold water, you cna find pefect temperature for yourself.

Extremely overpriced place with few swimming pools full of people. This is one of the most overrated places I have ever been to. Luckily we purchased only 2 hours entry ticket (left after 90 minutes) , which is more than enough. The place is nothing extra, SPA and wellness for a more reasonable price. Waste of time and waste of money

We go to this hotel regularly. Luxury and perfect relaxation for me. We never found anything that didn't work. Perfect food, lots of perfect food, smiling and nice staff. Wellness is constantly expanding, saunas and swimming pools super. If you head here, don't forget to visit the bar made from the bank's vault with coronation jewels, we asked about it at the reception and provided us with a person who told us something about history. I can only recommend for us.

Stayed for 5 days on half board basis. Our initial room was small and noisy so had to change it. Overall the hotel and its rooms are poor quality with very tacky and dated decor. Some might like the artificial blink (those who do mainly came for weekend stay and could be spotted from miles away...also provided us with a great entertainment just for purely watching them "owning the place"). Anyway, dated, tacky and artificial. Room comfort terrible. Bed quality linenes, rubbish bed and furniture. Not even a bottle of water provided in rooms..very much an international standard of 4 star hotels now. Toiletries provided in room were decent tho. The food in hotel was surprisingly good with a good variety of choice. The best part of our stay for sure. The hotel management has lost the plot with their pricing structure tho...glass of rubbish wine €8! 250ml own brand water €3.50! Double expresso €6.80! Shocking beverage prices which are the same in each bar and restaurant. This alone has put us off from staying in this tacky Palace ever again. Spa access good...if your wrist watch works. Procedures reasonably booked. Was bored in the spa by day 2 tho. Nothing to do. Don't stay here. If its a Status you are after like many who did, fair enough. Otherwise take your money to other accommodation options in town and buy day Pass to Spa...you will save tonnes. This hotel is far from 4 stars, we don't recommend it and won't stay here again. Ps: the reception staff has English flag on their uniform to indicate they speak the language...aside from 2, none of the others did. shame. Jakub extremely rude and should not work on reception.
