를레 안티카 바디아(Relais Antica Badia - San Maurizio 1619)

Staying at Relais Antica Badia is like visiting a meandering Baroque royal palace. The rooms are elegant. There are precious objects and beautiful details everywhere you look. You feel pampered and cared for. The breakfast is as delicious as the decor of the breakfast room, with its rich colors and beautifully painted ceiling. And the staff is so friendly and helpful--they seem genuinely excited to offer ideas they think you'll enjoy. (thank you, Mariza and Michele!) I was concerned that I wouldn't enjoy the location--I was fixated on staying in Ragusa Ibla but couldn't get a reservation--and I'm so glad we stayed here. The walk to Ibla is beautiful and the stay was perfection.

The hotel is gorgeous, a palazzo right in front of St. John the Baptist. The breakfast rooms are absolutely beautiful, surpassed only by the breakfast, with several made to order items like eggs Benedict. Also the little cannoli, stuffed by the staff right before you bite into them, are to die for. All the staff, on all areas of the hotel, was incredibly helpful and attentive. Will absolutely book again on a return trip, and probably for more days than I did this time around.

Front desk staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Great restaurant reccommdations and tips for enjoying Ragusa. Provided responsive messaging support for any queries we had shile we were out and about. Location is great, with heaps of wonderful restaurant, cafe and bar options within a few minutes flat walk. Convenient to key sights. Big thanks in particular to Luca on the front desk for his thoughtful reccommdations.

This hotel had a lot of local charm. The breakfast room was absolutely beautiful and the buffet had a lot of choices. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The immediate area had a good amount of dining options.

We loved our stay at Relais Antica Badia. This former palace in the Ragusa Superiore was converted into a beautiful hotel with rooms that reflect its historic charm, but with modern, luxury amenities. The managers and staff were all very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is served in a luxurious former ballroom. It is located just steps from several fantastic restaurants and shops and across the street from the cathedral and St John's Square. It is also just a 25 min. walk to the Ragusa Ibla, although the trek back to the hotel is an uphill climb - anyone in average to good walking shape will enjoy it. Be sure to reserve a parking spot in their parking lot, which offers some individual garage spaces. The narrow entrance requires some precision steering and will encourage you not to leave your car parked throughout your stay.

A seriously good hotel. Great location. Impeccable service. Rooms are individual and spacious. Room 304 has its own balcony and is well appointed. Overlooks the cathederal and a short walk to the old city. Breakfast is good but best of all in a wonderful space

This little palace is a treat to stay in for its unique decor in each of its palatial rooms. There’s a rooftop patio with nice views of Ragusa where we enjoyed wine that we had brought with us. The location is on a hill close to restaurants. A breakfast buffet ended our stay in high style.

WOW... Relais Antica is the sort of property you take pictures of BEFORE you unpack your suitcase! We have stayed here 3 separate times and twice with a group we were responsible for so feel well qualified to review this hotel. The rooms are uniquely decorated with rich Italian fabrics and color each presenting windows with a different "slice" of Ragusa. It is centrally located to facilitate easy access to memorable restaurants and historic locations in this very old city of many layers. I highly appreciated their gracious and every helpful staff ( so wishing I had written down each individual name) from the front desk, room service and breakfast personnel. Each and every individual was proud of their city and anxious to assist us in any way. Thank you Relais Antica Badia for impressing our clients with your commitment, knowledge and enthusiasm. We would not hesitate to return.
