Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort, BW Premier Collection

Great 4 night stay with a family of 4. The hot tub wasnt working our final night and I was very disappointed after a day of skiing.

Room was excellent, food in the restaurant; wings were dry, pizza was good. I wanted to use the fitness room earlier than 7am but was told I couldn't, I didn't appreciate the inflexibility that I have always been shown by other hotels and there was someone already using the room when I went by before 7. Having been told I had to come up to the reception to get a new key. Too rigid. Patrick.

The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access from parking lot to our room. Wildlife right in the parking lot.staff were very helpful. Restaurant on site was convenient. This is our new r&r get-away.

Great stay! Clean room, easy check in/out. Excellent service at the restaurant, highly recommend starting your day with having breakfast here!

Enjoyed the stay. Nice location. Bar closes too early at 10pm pool facilities are not to standard. Great restaurant staff

We were a family of 5 that stayed in the executive suite and it was a comfortable stay!

Combined a soak at the hot springs with spa treatments Very relaxing Had dinner at Hotel excellent pizza and breakfast next morning Saw deer and bighorn sheep around the hotel

First night was fine. Loud, screaming yelling hockey team showed up on the next two nights. Running in the hallways, no room at the pool, adults partying in the room next to us. Housekeeping could not be bothered to take the trash out of our room. Had to do it ourselves every day. Would not recommend or ever stay here again.

My husband and I spent 3 days here. Good location for access to highways and walking distance to restaurants etc. Rooms are very clean. Hallway carpet seemed dirty. We chose to take $10/ night food vouchers and passed on housekeeping service. Clean towels were handed out If requested . Breakfast not included in price. There is a restaurant on site that is open for breakfast and dinner. Hiking trails nearby. We were able to make good use of those. The bathroom sink is table top. Oval design with high sides. Very pretty and modern looking but very awkward to use ,especially if you’re short! We hated the sinks!
