The entire hotel is a total vibe and when I tell you I’ve never walked into a hotel that smelled so GOOD. Smells like they have Dior Sauvage or CREED pumping through the AC vents. The staff is also A1 super friendly & informative. You must stay in the Radnor suite its like staying in a mini luxury apartment wall to glass windows perfect views at night.

The hotel is terrific, the staff is engaging, and the rooms are clean and well laid out. We ate at the restaurant and the food and service there were outstanding. We stayed there on the way to Hilton Head, SC, and were so pleased that we made a point to sop there on the way back. I highly recommend it.

Not sure of the age of the.property, but everything seemed brand new which was nice! Definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This new hotel is in impeccable condition and is quite beautiful. They have a lot of interesting artwork including a Picasso. The rooms are a good size and the bed very comfortable. The staff was great and super friendly, even giving us a tour of the rooftop restaurant just after it closed.

New very nicely decorated spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. The HVAC unit in our room was malfunctioning on the heat setting and way overheated the room on a couple of occasions. Room was very quiet. Elevators are a bit cumbersome to operate with the room card key at times. Hotel is very convenient for access to the Radford University campus but less so for nearby Virginia Tech. It would have been nice to have breakfast included with the room also a microwave in the room.

I really liked this property. There were only two very minor things that I thought were noteworthy. The shower in our room was a little dirty, nothing crazy I think it just may have not been used in a couple days maybe. The other thing was it would be awesome if there were more after hours food options. We ate at the bar on the rooftop for dinner which was fairly good, but we got hungry later on and wanted some snacks. Maybe having a couple things around the front desk would be great. The only thing available was ice cream, but I was hoping for a little more options. Overall good stay and friendly front desk staff.
