The location is just stunning - just by the ocean and on the end of the peninsula. You can sleep by the sound of the waves. For the cineasts: at this hotel was "Three days in Quiberon" with Romy Schneider filmed. What we liked: - the quiet location by the sea with walkways close by - the tasteful decorated room - the stunning view from the balcony - the very friendly staff (except bar) - the huge breakfast-buffet with oysters and special for you prepared fruit plates - very comfy beds (Sofitel-beds are a dream) What we disliked: - the service at the bar (very expensive, but slow and not really friendly) - the many guests wearing bathrobes at breakfast (its a Spa-Hotel, but really - at a 5 Star Hotel?) Would we recommend a stay? Absolutely. But book a room with seaview - its part of the experience to hear the waves and enjoy the view from your balcony.

The thalasso and its staff are outstanding. I have been coming for over 30 years and the facilities are really great and the 25 meters swimming pool with warm sea water is fantastic. But the hotel is not up to 5 star standards and clearly there is not enough staff (especially in the restaurant) and there seems to be a lot of young people with little experience. The exception to this is the concierge desks: dedicated and excellent advice and service. Also upsetting is the lack of transparency of the bill so check out is a nightmare. I found a difference of 40 euros (on a multi thousand euros bill) as apparently for the last night my room was more expensive (nobody told me so before). There was nobody who had the authorities (or willingness) to admit to the mistake as the general manager, Madame Gali, was absent all week. A 40 euros mistake is not a big deal, but for an Accor Platinum customer who has come for over 30 years I find it unacceptable that staff cannot say "sorry".

The hotel offers a great location with a beautiful view over the ocean. We had an issue with our room wich hasn’t been solved on the first day but thanks to Audrey and Elise, who were very professional, understanding and with a great sense of guest service, it has been fixed and it definitely improved our stay, switching us from « never again » to « we’ll definitely come back ». Everything is very clean, thanks to housekeeping. Breakfast is wonderful as well as the staff there. Spa area as well as the gym are both enjoyable. The bar also offers a large choice and barmen are great. Just avoid booking the classic room, wich needs to be completely refreshed. Even though the hotel is a little used by time, it is a great place to stay where most of the staff knows about how to make you feel special. Thank you. Faustine.

The property was right on the water. The view was beautiful and the staff were kind. Unfortunately the room was tiny. There was little choice for meals, eg an expensive breakfast buffet was the only option in the morning. There was also only one person working at reception so check in and check out were really slow.

This is my second stay here. Overall, extremely positive experience. Had a very nice rool overlooking the ocean. Treatments were very good and performed by very nice people. Breakfast is alawys amazing. The sraff is super nice. Facilities are clean and modern. Up to Sofitel standards.

Perfect stay, second time. Great location, staff and pool. Spa is bering renovated. We had a junior suite that was a bit to small for our family of 3! All good except for food! Except for breakfast snack and restaurant are not up to the same level as the rest. Overall excellent choice though

Very mixed feelings. The property feels more like a Mercure than a luxury hotel. The bathroom, especially, looks like its straight out of the 1990s. Rooms are very small - New York or Paris size, but not what I'd expect in a provincial resort place. Breakfast is plentiful, and view if you have a Seaview are amazing. The back views 'terre' are more akin to a carpark view. That said, the property is super clean and the front desk and concierge are lovely.
