호텔 마사 인터내셔널(Hotel Masa International)

Más bien un dos estrellas de carretera de los años 80. Aparcamiento gratis en la puerta o de pago 6€ en el hotel. El aire acondicionado se oye, es Ruidoso pero enfría. La habitación olía a tabaco. Buen colchón pero mala almohada. Personal atento. Las fotos no corresponden a lo q se ve allí. Hotel muy desfasado. Baños cutres. Caro para lo que es.

Hotel lovely and views spectacular especially in the evening. Lola on reception was always very helpful with directions and obliged with loan of a phone charger

Wonderfully located high on a cliff, with stunning views over the Mediterranian. Close to La Mata Beach and a short taxi ride to the center. Nice pool area and nice rooms with balcony. But… Where is the service mindfulness within the staff? We have traveled across the world for half a century and never seen the like… We couldn’t even serve ourselves a straight cup of coffee after checkout, without being charged for it (and lectured by the female waitress in the bar). Unacceptable. But… If you don’t mind staff that have absolutely no freedom of decision of their own), the hotel is nice. For us, there are other hotels in the neighbourhood.

Was very pleased with the Hotel, the room was excellent, very clean and fantastic view from the balcony. Meal was very good at dinner and breakfast in morning had everything you would want. View from restaurant was one of best I have had from a hotel.

Hotel Masa is just great! The view ,the nature,very very clean,and the staff very friendly.

Spent two days at the masa. Rooms are very clean and a good size. Large balcony with stunning view of ocean. Alcohol at bar expensive however rooms are equipped with a fridge so bring your own beer in from the supermarket. Nice pool area with nice ambience!

I stayed at Hotel Masa in September 2022 for 1 week for my friends wedding and had an excellent experience! I was very pleased with my room and the location of the hotel! The staff was wonderful, friendly and attentive. The service was good. I loved the location right on La Costa Blanca with wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea from my room, the dining room and the pool.

Beautiful views, hotel is on a cliff so the Mediterranean is right there to enjoy. The staff were rude and one in particular wanted to charge me for ice despite the fact that I had been buying drinks everyday/evening and the "cooler" in my room was warm. Horrible attitude, maybe it was because I was a foreigner, even though I was speaking to him in Spanish. He must've took a disliking to me. Views are beautiful but due to the animosity towards me I will not return. Horrible staff. It also takes about 20 minutes to get served as there seems to be one person manning the reception, bar and restaurant. Rooms are very dated. Nice pool nice view but if you value good customer service then avoid this hotel.
