地點非常棒，臨湖且前面有草坪，早餐也可以，但是，設備現陳舊了點

Large rooms, need to request a quiet room, easy walk to town, good dining experience with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet at $35 is NOT worth it. Poor selection and horrible coffee. There are excellent coffee machines on the market

Very basic room, no aircon, minimum furniture (1 sofa 1 chair for two people), outside grass and garden are not looked after very well, partial water view and pricey!!

The property is in a great location a block away from the beach and about five minutes from downtown Queenstown! The one negative I have about the property is the Wi-Fi. It was completely unusable, I just relied on my cell phone service. I would not stay here again based on how bad the Wi-Fi was.

A very beautiful hotel which needs a bit of uphill walk for about 15 mins from the town centre. There're no shops restaurants in the neighbourhood but one can eat at its restaurant or room service. The room itself is very spacious, clean, well equipped and our room overlooks the lake which is great. The pickup point for Milford Sound tour we joined is along the street in front of the hotel (Stanley Street). I tried the buffet breakfast which is so so with limited choices. Overall I love this hotel especially the price is great compared with other hotels at the very central location.

衞生真心的差，服務也不行，廁所唯一的排期都壞了，很熱，也沒有冷氣，，洗澡那個水也用以弄到地上好濕噠噠的，真不明白有這麼多人説好，我們國內的賓館都好太多了，還説是酒店，如果過來皇后鎮旅行的朋友，想清楚才定這個酒店😡
