Where do I begin! First off, the hotel is located in the best possible area. 2 blocks from the public parking (paid about $30 usd for 24 hours) self parking. It’s by the hour, ticketed. Next, the hotel is literally 2-5 mins walk from all of the touristic things, shopping, sightseeing location, and restaurants. If you need to go back to the hotel for any reason, it’s not that far. The room we had was beautiful. Nice bathrooms, and sitting area. Lobby is very modern and it felt safe. The hotel accommodated us very well. They were polite. We were able to check in online and check out was smooth. When we arrived, they were really nice, helped with our bags and also gave us tips to navigate the city. They spoke English and French. Breakfast in the morning was good: both normal and Chocolate filled croissants, cold-cut meat, bread, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, fruits, cereal, coffee and tea. Basic but just good enough. We didn’t eat in their restaurant for Dinner, in the lobby, but it smelled delicious. Free bike rental: we used it to explore a little. They allowed 3 hours at a time. Just reserve them in advance. The gym area is on the 5th floor, basic stuff. Treadmills, and free weights. Small room. I will stay again. It’s worth the stay and the price per-night was very comparable to the other hotels. I wouldn’t stay far from this area. The hotel is located in the heart of the tourism area.

A very well located hotel within walking distance from all the main attractions.Very comfortable bed and room and a spacious bathroom.Housekeeping was excellent and kept everything up to date and clean.Coffee machine in the room and also in the lobby.Highly recommend to stay here.

The Hotel in Old Quebec City is located in a beautiful historic area in the City near to the River with great places to visit literally across the street (Museum of Civilization - a place we took our children many years ago). The old streets are easy to navigate on foot and pass so many interesting stores and sites. We highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great hotel at a reasonable price.

My hotel room is one of my most favorite rooms I ever had to pleasure of staying in. I just wish I had a longer stay. I was there for 2 nights. The hotel is a smaller old historic looking building that had been well maintain and upgraded. Its in a very walkable area with many shops and restaurants just steps from the hotel. The location is also great because it's pretty quiet and not too much car traffic. Parking at hotel is only valet for a reasonable fee. We had a corner suite on a higher floor with a separate living room. The view was amazing... the size of the room was great, the room had a well working Air conditioner and many large windows . My Husband loved that you offered sparkling and not just still water, very nice touch. The shower was equally great with a large rainfall shower fixture. I absolutely would stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Flight delays meant a 1:00am check-in. Staff held my room & warmly welcomed me with herbal tea upon arrival. Also allowed a late check-out with no fee.

We were soooooo disappointed by this stay. Talking to management changed nothing. They even acted as if though they didn’t care, AT ALL. It is without a doubt the most unwelcome stay we have had anywhere in over 20 years of travelling the world. There isn’t one thing about this hotel that we liked or would lend us to recommend someone spend their hard earned money to stay there. The restaurant service was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever experienced For a place that sells itself as high end, this place is just a pig with lipstick. The staff however, does get one shout out, you are the worst and most unfriendly people we have ever encountered. STAY SOMEWHERE ELES!!!!

Spot on! The reception area and the rooms are great. The staff is SUPER nice. They had 24 hrs tea and coffee service. There is an awesome italian restaurant onsite. The breakfast in only cold which i would say is the only downer but that forces us to try places in town. The area around the hotel is OH so beautiful and a 15 min walk to the Fairmont and that main street. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Meh. Had to ask for more towels . 1 towel for 2 people ? Tried to charge for 2 breakfasts at $48 bucks a pop and there was 2 pieces of ham and a piece of cheese left . Granted they took it off the tab but I seriously should not have to comb my bill to make sure these things are put on the bill.
