It was amazing stay in such a modern hotel, thanks to staff for their kindness and hospitality, I’d definitely like to come there again! The food, clean rooms, entertainment, staff care, all of the necessities are great, we were satisfied our choice, love 🤘🏼😍🇪🇬

The hotel is full of Love ,and carrying people,they absolutely do anything for you as much as they can,nothing too much trouble for them. They are fantastic and soo genuine people.food is very tastie and felt safe all the way my stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel for [number of nights], and I must say, it was an experience beyond expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was immediately impressed by the elegance and cleanliness of the hotel. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The view from my room was breathtaking, especially in the morning when I could see [mention the view, e.g., the ocean, city skyline, mountains]. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job, keeping everything spotless and well-maintained.

The staff of this hotel are of 5 star service we are definitely coming again as we had an amazing stay everybody friendly couldn't do enough for us and the hotel taxi was amazing service too the events team were a great laugh and keep the place vibrant and fresh highly recommend...

My first solo holiday was a great success. The hotel was just what I expected. It wasn’t like one of those posh 5* places but it was just what I needed. It was spotlessly clean - I can’t thank Fatty enough for cleaning my room so well and leaving a new towel arrangement (art) each day which made me smile.The pool area was always kept very clean and tidy also and the restaurant was clean and well managed. Jimmy and Ali, the entertainment guys were great. Jimmy especially was so nice and came to chat to me daily and all the waiting staff were so lovely and attentive. The food was also extremely tasty, the chefs did an excellent job! I felt perfectly safe at Falcon hills and had the best nights sleeps so feel relaxed and well rested. I also had the best massage by Islaa - so I recommend you don’t go home with out having one - the Egyptian Massage was amazing! The only bad points I can think of was that the shower in the room was a small trickle and often cold and the hotel taxi service was a lot more expensive than other taxis. Other than that I felt the hotel was perfect, great value for money and I will definately return!

Ok, I'm going to caveat this review with the fact that this place is amazing value for money. Some things to consider if you choose to stay here: The place is very clean. The room is cleaned daily and the cleaner will ask you if you're happy with it every day. We started off with twin beds that my partner and I pushed together. The next day, the cleaner had made them up like a double and secured the middle so it didn't split apart with was a thoughtful thing to do. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. All inclusive is not as flexible as you might imagine. No beverages (even water) are served before 10 am, with alcohol only after 12. The selection of drinks is restricted to local spirits and beer on tap. You need to pay for cans. Beer on tap served in tiny plastic cups which means you need to keep going up to get drinks. [ Side point: the amount of plastic waste that the hotel generates is very sad to behold. Single use plastic cups, plastic spoons and straws. It would be better if guests were given a reusable plastic glass that they could refill during their stay. Sharm is so well known for it's beautiful sea life that it is a real shame that some of this may get into the ocean.] No snacks apart from a little afternoon tea of waffles and ice cream at about 3 pm. Don't expect to get crisps, ice creams etc willy nilly. There is a shuttle bus to 'Temple' Beach. I wouldn't bother. The beach is shabby, the staff pushy, the toilets a health hazard with no running water ( therefore no flushing toilets) and the swimming area is about 20 feet by 20 feet because there are so many motorised boats. Take a cab to Sharks bay instead. About £5 and it's stunning. Alternatively, the reef beach is a 10 minute walk down the road and the swimming/snorkelling there is amazing. It's closed in rough waters, though so check before you pay. It's not free to swim. The shuttle bus also goes to the Old town and Naama bay on alternative evenings. We loved the old town but hated Naama bay. Be prepared for pushy and rude shop keepers, sensory overload with loud music and crowds of people. Do expect to pay for extras on excursions. There will be a photographer trying to sell you pictures, extra charges for things you may not consider (eg use of snorkels etc) but it's worth getting out and about. There's not much in the way of bars and restaurants walking distance from the hotel so bear this in mind. The hotel beds are HARD. Like sleeping on a carpeted floor. But I slept surprisingly well despite this! The food is adequate but not amazing. Some questionable brown mush aptly named 'foul' was served at breakfast. But the pastries were lovely. You need to ask for butter but I wouldn't bother. Hard and inedible. Didn't melt in the sun... The entertainment team did well. They clearly made a bee line for the teenagers/young adults as they were more likely to participate but they were really lovely and enthusiastic without being over the top and th
