We got back from our 7 night stay here yesterday, and we are already missing the hotel and country so much! Everything is perfect, the rooms are huge and super clean, the staff are so helpful and funny, the food is fantastic, the pools are checked and cleaned everyday. I swear the cleaners don't stop! The animation team wasn't a big team but they were fantastic with our little ones aged 4 and 6, we all joined in on the activities. The location to naama is excellent! We did the safari whilst there and we loved it that much we did it twice. The boat trip is stunning especially white island! Wished we stayed for longer than 7 nights. But we will already looking to come back for longer next time! Thankyou to everyone who made our stay AMAZING, I would rate you 10* if I could xx love from the UK

즐거운 휴가를 보냈습니다. 좋은 호텔입니다. 직원은 훌륭하고 도움이 되고 친절한 사람들입니다. 즐거운 휴가를 보냈습니다. 수영장이 많고, 바다 옆에 있고, 부두가 있고, 돌아오는 무료 호텔 셔틀이 있습니다. 매일 저녁 19시 30분과 22시 30분에 시내로 이동하면 낮에는 일광욕을 하고 오늘 저녁에는 저녁에 일광욕을 할 수 있습니다. 서비스 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다. 1149층에 있는 방을 청소해주시는 직원분이 침대를 아주 좋게 만들어 주셨네요. 스탠다드룸에 도착했는데, 침대에 김이 아주 잘 뿌렸어요. 우리는 매우 기뻤습니다. 매우 감사합니다. 우리는 다시 오고 싶습니다.

호텔은 수영장, 슬라이드, 스노클링 및 기타 시설을 갖춘 좋은 환경을 갖추고 있습니다. 호텔 프런트 데스크에서는 휴가에 적합한 여행 프로그램과 택시 예약 서비스도 제공합니다. 경치가 아름답고, 하늘이 파랗고, 바다가 푸르고, 음식도 많고, 자급자족하기도 하지만 대체로 유럽인의 입맛에 잘 맞는다. 여행은 중국에게 너무 깁니다.

We thought when booking it was for the front hotel, so was slightly worried when confirmation came through for the sport hotel, having read some of the reviews. Honestly needn’t of worried, yes the front is a lot grander and entertainment is geared for that hotel. However we found the sport side a lot quieter which we preferred but had the option if we wanted to go to the front hotel. Food isn’t great, only ever luke warm at best, ate out 5 of the 6 nights, but that’s because we ain’t fans of all inclusive. Staff work so hard, pool guys at sport side are great!! But the one for us was Ibrahim at the pool bar, he absolutely made our holiday, he is an absolute credit to the hotel. He went above and beyond to insure we had a great holiday ⭐️⭐️We will return just to see him 🙂

ad THE BEST TIME!! We arrived very early in the morning, and the concierge was very welcoming, he understood we had been travelling all night and made the check in process very smooth. The room was very nice and clean, the cleaner made his introductions on the first day and from then, if we needed anything, he would provide it. Keen to get our day underway we went for breakfast, they cater for all different nationalities, so there are many options to choose from, the wait staff couldn't be more accommodating and very personable, always made an effort to come and say hello and laugh and joke with us. For the rest of day 1, we plonked ourselves by the pool and introduced ourselves to the pool bar staff and the entertainment. The entertainment team were very engaging, there was aqua gym, water polo, we even had a foam party one day, they were brilliant fun. The pool bar team were so lovely, would go out of their way to make sure you are having a restful time, bringing drinks to the table for you, coming round with fresh fruit and cold flannels in the afternoon, even flowers for the ladies, very sweet. Whilst at the pool, you occasionally have people coming round to tell you about the services available in the resort. Spa, fish restaurant, diving, beach parties, etc. We booked our diving excursion through the resort, and it did not disappoint! As a first-time diver, I was quite nervous, but they made you feel at ease. The meal on the boat was lovely, and the white island was just paradise. I highly recommend it!! They also have a coral reef off the beach, which I also booked to dive. There are no words to describe how beautiful it is down there. We had a meal in the Italian restaurant one evening, the food was delicious, we didn't have the pizza but definitely would next time as it looked amazing! The evening entertainment starts at 9 pm with a kids' party, great to watch them all having fun and they play a lot of catchy tunes even we were dancing along. After the kids party there's always another show, we had magic tricks, belly dancers, fire throwers, all sorts, very well organised by the entertainment team. We would watch from the toucan bar balcony, again the team there were a good bunch and a great laugh, always had time for us, bringing us drinks and making sure we were having a good time. Honestly can not fault this wonderful hotel, I can go on more, but I'm already looking to book it again, more British people need to experience this wholesome place, and the lovely people....Shamboo, Ibrihim, Khaled, Said, Abdo, Ahmed, Shiko, too many to name! Can't wait to see them all soon!

I stayed here with my 2 daughters aged 14 and 7. We have travelled many places together and I have to say we can’t fault this hotel or any of the staff. We had an amazing week here. Check in was quick and easy, suitcases taken to the room (tip given) and the restaurant opened at 11.30pm upon on arrival for us which was very considerate. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were all kind, respectful and friendly especially in the restaurant, the waiters would play tricks on the girls and have jokes with them. The girls loved it. We purchased the White Island and snorkelling trip through Aquarius from a rep around the pool, we took the trip on my eldest’s daughter’s birthday and they actually made her a cake on the boat trip and sang happy birthday! The snorkelling guide on the trip Younis was amazing with my youngest daughter Tallulah, she loved snorkelling with him, they even had selfies together at the end. I would recommend the trip, it was a lovely day. The water park is fun and all the staff again lovely and helpful. The highlight of our holiday without a doubt though was the animation team at the hotel, Cassie and Georgia especially. They all work so hard to get people involved without being too annoying if you didn’t want to join in. Tallulah adored Cassie who involved Tallulah in activities even if they weren’t really for a 7 year old like Darts/Boules as Tallulah always wanted to be involved and play, Cassie amended the games so Tallulah was always involved. Cassie would go above and beyond with both girls and it definitely made their holiday perfect. Cassie always made time for Tallulah in the evenings too involving her in the games and letting her dance on the stage with them etc, Georgia also took time to involve Daisy who isn’t as outgoing as my youngest. Without a doubt the animation team made both girls holiday perfect and they can’t wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again. 29/9/24 -7/10/24. The hotel and service have been so good, such lovely friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble. The food we found to be amazing too with 5 Al a carte restaurants which can be used with no limits but you do have to book. We tried them all with excellent food in all, especially the fish one. We preferred to use the restaurants around the hotel rather than the main one as the food and service was much better. The pools were all lovely and clean with drinks service around the pool, the lifeguards around the pool were also very friendly and good fun. Ice creams, cooling flannels and even a man cleaning sunglasses! were a real extra service meaning you didn’t have to get up all the time. The rooms were lovely we had a delux room with garden view which was near to pool area and very central. We have to mention the private beach too, which you can walk quite far out and see many interesting little fish swimming about. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating, they could not do enough for you. A few to mention would be Aswany making the best cocktails, Amet in the fish restaurant and Mohamed in block ** for making our room up everyday. We would highly recommend to anybody and will definitely be coming back.
