酒店挺好的，就是攜程標錯位置害我們大半夜被黑車宰了！後續聯繫了攜程給補了車費，攜程那個45Km位置錯的！酒店包三餐，躺平還不錯，不如後面的aomabay喜來登浮潛好玩，衹適合躺平，沒啥可幹

Pros Staff, in particular Yasser & Mostafar at the beach bar, polite housekeepers, and restaurant staff. They work extremely long hours. The guys selling diving/boat trips, and others selling photo sessions were chatty and polite even though they knew we weren't interested. The gardens and lawns are beautiful, and the whole place is kept very clean. The beach is shallow and rocky underfoot with dead coral but is beautiful, and little fish swim in the shallows. Walking far when the tide is out, there are hundreds of starfish and miniature hermit crabs so be careful not to stand on them! Cons The hierarchy of management is clear and makes you feel for those who work the hardest. The entertainment crew on the beach everyday who shout very loudly at frequent intervals "VOLLEYBALL", which really disrupts the peace and is seriously annoying if you're drifting off to sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel is overrun with Russians, who are unbelievably obnoxious and rude. It is clear that the staff appreciate them as much as we did... The food is basic, the spirits will burn your throat but the beer is fantastic. All in all, if you treat the staff with respect and kindness then you will get it in return by the bucket load. It's them that would make us book this hotel again.

Super nice and hygienic hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 9 days and were very impressed by the food, amusement, the rooms and the service. Also the personnel was very pleasant. Mahmoud Hilal (photo) was one of our barkeepers and servers at the swimming pool. We really enjoyed his presence, as he was always happy and welcoming. Also chef Mohammed did great while making pizza’s, pasta’s and other delicious dishes. The lobby bar personnel was also very sociable and always happy. Great trips booked via beach sellers and recommend to do safari & visit Hurghada city using the hotel taxi (White Shark, modern cars). All together an unforgettable holiday and we will come back for sure.

The hotel met everything we had been looking for: clean rooms, nice staff and good food. As for the food, we appreciated its quality and variety. We were surprised that the chef Amr was able to prepare absolutely amazing gluten-free and lactose-free main courses and desserts. Thanks for them!

Nice hotel, friendly staff. We had a standard promotional room, the bathroom in particular was outdated so it no longer looked very clean. Ahmet did our cleaning, he was very friendly and always there to help out. He surprised us with extra little things like a flower at the room and a nicely draped curtain. The food is very basic and always the same. We were there for 7 days and based on the food that was more than enough. So keep that in mind. Otherwise a nice hotel for a sharp price with a lot of nice people.

We rested at the beginning of January, wonderful emotions still remain. The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff is very friendly. I would especially like to mention young man Ibrahim, who works at the beach bar, for his attention and serviceand pizza chef Mohamed, everything was incredibly delicious.

The whole reason of us coming here was so we could experience Cairo and see the pyramids. We was going to book a coach until a lovely gentleman named Hany from White Shark approached us and offered us a private transfer with private guide, at first I was sceptical because it was a bit more expensive than what we was going to pay. I AM SO HAPPY we decided to go with his company because the journey was very long and TIRING, I cant even think how uncomfortable it would of been on the coach and the time we would of wasted with all the group! It was just me and my partner our lovely driver Rasheed and our private guide Yasar who gave us a lot of right information about the pyramids and egyptian museum. It made our time exceptional and money well spent!!! Thank you!!

Very good hotel for the price. Very delicious food. Good pools, animation. Friendly staff. Good rifs for snorcling. We enjoyed the stay.
